This is a beautiful hotel, perfectly located for both Christmas markets & skiing (via a short taxi ride or public transport). Recently refurbished, the breakfast room / bar is stunning and the Mozart suite quirky & fun (with the added extra of the mini pool table!). What brings the whole experience together though is the team whose customer service, friendliness & helpfulness is outstanding. Brigette recommended and booked us into local restaurants each evening and both Brigette & Linda advised on ski locations. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful & memorable experience ❤️

Super location (park in Altstadtgarage), wonderful furniture, all very new, very modern. Roof level breakfast room also serves as very cool bar in evenings. some rooms go to intenal courtyard, which is roofed in, and which does not give a sense of fresh air

Dear Flori, Thank you very much for taking the time and leaving us this great review. We appreciate it a lot! It's great to hear that you enjoyed the design and the roof top bar. We know that it can seem unusal to not have windows in the rooms. Since our house is so special in terms of architecture we aimed to find the best solutions by creating a little patio next to these kinds of rooms. For your next visit just tell us your room preferences and we are happy to find you the most suitable room. Kind regards, Your old town hotel Weisses Kreuz

Having been recommended to this new hotel we had high expectations. But it was even better than we could possibly have imagined. As soon as you enter it's obvious that so much thought and attention has been given to the exquisite design of this new hotel. Locating the reception, breakfast area and bar on the top 6th floor of this historical building, in the heart of the Old Town, gives so much light and views of the mountains surrounding Innsbruck. It's stunning! No wonder all of the delightful staff look so happy. It's quite clear they all want you to enjoy your stay - and they certainly succeeded. The warmth of the welcome was exceptional. The ancient and beautifully restored building contrasts sharply with a stylish and slightly quirky interior - take a look at the photo of the bathroom. I get the impression no expense or imagination has been spared in transforming this building into the most idyllic of places to stay. And finally, there's the superb breakfast including a selection of locally sourced meats and freshly prepared dishes to enjoy. We will be back!

We needed a pitstop on our way from Sweden down to Italy. Innsbruck seemed perfect. My wife felt that the pictures posted was interesting so we gave it a try. This is a pearl. From being checked in by Lena (who also made dinner reservations for us and helped us around) to the breakfast in the morning after. Everything was so well thought off, everything was in place and all choices they have made is with a local thought in mind. The room was super nice, we had a connecting relax room with a skylight roof. If I were to highlight some things from the stay I would say the bed and bed linnen (I'm very picky when it comes to beds and this is well over hotel standards). The breakfast, so many things to chose from and everything is locally produced. On our way back home to Sweden in a couple of weeks, we will stay at Weisses Kreuz again.
