This is a fine hotel but nothing all that special. They do not have AC which is a issue when the city heats up. The woodwork is wonderful. Overall it is a very modern hotel. Our room faced the main street and, since we had to keep the windows open due to the heat, we were kept up til midnight...

We spent one day and night in this hotel last week and actually couldn't wait to leave- it was clean and the lobby was lovely and the woman on the desk was very sweet and had fantastic English but that's sort of where the good points end. We headed up to our floor and we started walking down this very...

I booked 3 double rooms at this property for myself and some relatives for a 1 night stay. The property is located a short walk from both the main train station and bus terminal...even closer is the old town of Innsbruck which is truly beautiful! We all agreed the property was in a perfect location, clean and provided an excellent...

The room was not clean upon arrival. There was only one light in the bedroom area. (after 2 days they did bring up a floor lamp.) They had my name spelled incorrectly, so the wifi would not work. The resort fee is a joke. And they demand a $250.00 "incidental" hold against your credit card. Which after 10 days and...

A friend and I stayed for one night at this hotel. The hotel itself is nice, clean, in a good location, and was a terrific value. The room itself was small and without A/C. None of those "quirks" were issues for us because we were really just passing through and the weather was cool so there was no need for...

We stayed here for a few days in August. The location is great - close to the railway/bus station and the 'old town'. Our room was OK - it was at the back so we didn't really have a view. It was quite small but adequate. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking - however we did go to the restaurant...

We arrived in Innsbruck with no accommodation booked expecting the Tourist information to offer us a cheap pension somewhwere. As we wanted to be in the centre of the city they sent us to the Central. At first the receptionist was a bit unhappy we had been sent because she thought they didn't have two rooms for us. But then...

This hotel is great. 5 minute walk to the train station and nice terasse to sit and enjoy a cappuccino. It was really close to the main part of the old town, and quiet to sleep at night. The only reason I didn't t give it 5 stars was the heat in the room. It was sweltering in that room,...

We stayed here for two nights at the start of our cycling holiday around Austria. We didn’t pick the hotel as the company we were using for the trip pre-picked all out hotels. However we were presently surprised. It’s within easy walking distance from the train station, and we had three large suitcases. It’s a very impressive building. One end...
