Stayed here 2 nights on a recent Bavarian Tour, loved the property and the location!! Rooms were very modern and well layed out. Beds were comfortable. The location is the best part, very walkable to many Innsbruck sights including the old town area. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location. 5 mins walk to town centre. Breakfast is good. Room is spacious with cold AC. Not like most hotels in Europe where they blow hot air only not cold air. Jacuzzi on roof top with superb mountain view. Sauna and steam room is great too. Fabulous hotel

Centrally located hotel. We stayed here overnight only after an amazing time in Langenfeld. The hotel is a short walk to the central train station and old town, lobby is huge, modern with rather dark lightings. Our room is clean and tidy with balcony, bathroom is ok. There is a small swimming pool in the 5th floor which is better than nothing especially when it is summer time. Buffet breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to come back here for its location.

Stayed here with a group for 2 days recently. The hotel is not particularly prepossessing as it’s tucked into a corner of a street in Innsbruck. However inside is stylish, quite modern if dark, with lots of brick walls and marble flooring. On the ground floor are a bar and restaurant area, which were both quite dark, both dinner and breakfast were served here. There is a steak restaurant attached to this area, but it wasn’t open when we were there. Dinner was a fixed menu but with a choice of mains. As we were part of a group, we didn’t have an a la carte menu. The food at dinner was fine. Breakfast was continental with lots of nice breads and rolls. There is a nice seating area in the reception hall. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Our room was on the 1st floor. It was modern, with comfortable beds, a large flat screen TV, decent storage and a safe with what appeared to be air conditioning, but this didn’t seem to work. The reason I’ve given 4stars instead of 5 is the bathroom/shower room was nice and modern with decent toiletries, however the toilet was in a separate room, with no wash hand basin, which meant going back and forward to wash your hands, which was awkward. The hotel is very well placed for the central shopping and tourist area, which was a short walk of about 100 yards further along the street. I would recommend this hotel, the only issue we had was the toilet and air con, apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed in the hotel 4 nights as part of a tour group. The hotel is located near center city and was very walkable to the tourist sites and restaurants in the city. (There was pretty loud daytime construction in front of the hotel during our visit. It did not effect us a lot, but did complicate access a bit.) The hotel desk staff were exceptionally helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was very large and offered many tasty choices including fresh fruit, there was a very nice spa, sauna & swimming pool available on the roof but our tour schedule did not allow us time to use them. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and very complete stocked restroom with a great rain shower. Special thanks to the front desk. I experienced a medical situation and needed emergency care during the visit. The front desk staff were much more helpful than the tour company.

Hotel a lot more modern on the inside than the outside. Nice room. Didn’t check out the pool. Central to all the shops and centre of town. Continental breakfast that was decent. Trams , buses and trains all very near by. Lots of shops and restaurants close by

The hotel is situated in the city center and is in walking distance to all sights and a lot of restaurants. The room was very nice and modern! The breakfast was okay and very basic – From a 4 Star Hotel I would expect a little bit more. Waiting staff were not really friendly. The hotel could also pay a bit more attention tot he covid regulations. There were not many possibilities to desinfect hands e.g. at the breakfast buffet. Staff were without masks with me in the elevator, even though it is mandatory by law to wear them. There were no drinks in the mini bar. All in all I had a good stay, but for a certain price and four stars they could do a bit better in certain things.

The main reason for selecting this hotel for my one night stay in Innsbruck was the fact the offer a electric vehicle charging option. But I was happy with my selection anyway. The hotel is very new, massive and very well built. It is very centrally located and although it misses some atmosphere it forms a very pleasant stay. Parking is in a public garage very close to the hotel with direct underground access to and from the hotel. There is a special section for the hotel guests which includes the two Tesla destination chargers. Room is modern, flawless and everything is of high quality. There's a small indoor swimming pool at the top floor with an outdoor jacuzzi. When I arrived around 6 in the evening the pool was full with youngsters ignoring every social distancing rule ever imagined. However, the next morning before breakfast I had swim in a totally empty pool area. Breakfast was very good, but I have to say it didn't feel very safe in terms of Corona social distancing. No masks and no attempt to keep some distance. In fact, found this to be the case in all of Innsbruck and Austria.

The hotel has taken almost no precautions against the spread of the Corona disease. There are no social distancing rules within the hotel nor are the any precautions at the breakfast. People are walking without their masks in the hotel and at the breakfast buffet. Nor is there a disinfection gell provided at the entrance of the breakfast buffet. Plus note that social distancing rules, masks etc. are not present in Innsbruck at all. It’s just like I’m walking here again before corona arrived into our daily lives. Please also notice as others have mentioned that the parking service is a trap. You will just have to park your car in the local parking garage so any other hotel without providing the parking service will have the same effect.

Spent 1 night in the hotel, I got an offer at a nice price and it completely worth the money. Very nice room, perfect pool on the roof with nice relax area and very good breakfast as it has to be in those kind of hotels. There is a garage under the hotel but it's not free.
