Salzburg is an amazing town with lots to do, so make sure you have enough days to do everything!! Yoho hostel is a good hostel, with a bar at night and breakfast in the morning (I think it was 4 euros, I can't remember). One thing I didn't like about the hostel is there wasn't any cooking facilities, only really...

My first visit to Salzburg was full of charm. I'd organized a couple of couch-surfing options for my first few nights, but after that I was winging it. I stumbled upon YoHo and I'm so thankful that I did. Of all the hostels I've ever stayed in, this was a class above them all. I was welcomed with smiles and...

This hostel was located close to the train station, shops and the old town. They rent you out cheap bikes and the buffet breakfast is cheap and tasty. All the rooms have lockers which is great for those who are worried about security. The beds are very comfy. The showers were not always particularly clean but that was due to...

Really close to railway station and easy to find. Salzburgh is just a small town, so not even far from the centre. Clean and quiet place. Worth to take a breakfast- just 3 euros included toast, cereal, tea and surprisingly good coffee.

I stayed at the YOHO with two friends for two nights. The initial welcome to the hostel was great, and we had reserved a private room, which was nice. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the wifi was out (and had been out for 4 days), and was out for the duration of the stay. It was quite cold and...

I upgraded to a private room when I arrived. It was small but a great relief from sharing. The bed was comfortable and I got a great sleep. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. They book tours and if you book through them you get 10% off. I was tired and a little out of it when I...

I stayed in YOHO for 2 nights in total - except for the loud snoring of fellow travelers, I've had really great sleep here. The beds are extremely comfortable and the quilt really cozy. Staff was pretty friendly and there are daily screenings of the Sound of Music film, every night at 8pm! Breakfast has to be additionally paid (3.50€)...

I stayed here just for a night (actually just for a few hours). The hostel itself is really big and easy to find if it's your first time in Salzburg. Just 10min away from the main train station. Rooms are outstandingly clean as well as the bathrooms/toilets. The only thing I can complain about is the WiFi (which was pretty...

Salzburg was the only destination on my trip where I could find no cheap single rooms, so chose to stay in a dormitory. I was lucky to get some quiet and clean Korean room-mates for both nights of my stay. There were so many Koreans here, they seemed to outnumber the Austrians in the town! Staff were very helpful and...

My decision to stay here was based on all the other positive reviews so I had fairly high expectations. Overall, I had an absolutely great time here for the one day I was here but it's more down to the people I met than the hostel itself. Facilities were fairly average as far as hostels go, that said they had...
