At this hotel I had the worst experience I've ever had. I was moved to this hotel from Hotel Scherer (which is a lovely place) because they did not have enough room. When I arrived I was told I could stay for both nights of my stay or I could move back to Scherer the next day. I had an...

Our tour group came for a night's stay. The hotel is within 15-20 mins walk from the city centre. It is basic, but was clean and had everything necessary. The room was small for two people, but space is at a premium in Europe. The breakfast was fine, had all you needed.

The room was reasonably big and clean. The hotel was close enough to walk to everything. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was average. The internet was reasonable. There's no air conditioning or fan in the room so I need to open the window. However the hotel is next to a main road so it's very noisy at night with...

Arriving at the hotel I'm being questioned why I have booked a double room for one person in a threatening way. I'm asking what's the problem? Apparently the problem is its 10eur more expensive per night, well that's my problem isn't it? I had booked a room with air conditioning but the receptionist literally screams at me that I'm wrong....

Very happy to have found this spot. Close enough to walk to pretty much everything in Salzbug, which we did. Parking available on site, as you don't want to drive into the city. (Limited parking in the city, so ample opportunities for parking tickets! Good for the local economy but not for your wallet.) The price was great, rooms were...

Spent in this hotel a few nights in summer 2016. The hotel is located in a popular district and it is close to the railway station. Pros: large rooms with modern furniture, breakfast in line with our expectations, city center that can be reached by foot in about 20 minutes. Cons: front desk sometimes below standard (we arrived a bit...

The room was very clean and comfortable. I find that it was very difficult to get help of any sort since there was no one at reception most of the time.Breafast fairly ok but a variety of hot breakfast would be a good idea.

We are 3 girls in our 40s, none of whom speaks German. We stayed in a triple room (109). We could not fault either the room or the staff. The man on the reception desk deserves a special mention for being good humoured without being OTT. He kindly allowed us into our room earlier than the official check-in time, which...

This hotel had a good sized family room, consisting of 4 single beds in 2 rooms and a bathroom. There was a bus stop right outside that took us directly to the old town, or to the Hauptbahnhof, otherwise the walk to the old town was easily completed in about 15 minutes with children under 10years. The price included a...

We checked in as part of a group & were given a key that weighed a bomb. We were then told to find our room. What a delight this was....walking through passageways into what can only be described as a dungeon. The room looked into a garage which was filthy. The floor was also filthy. The bathroom, whilst cleanish was...
