Well, i did not really understand why it is called a luxury hotel. It is a very ordinary place and there is nothing above average. So here are the negatives: -noisy room (our room was facing the street so we could hear any child screaming out or anyone talking loud. Also the room was next to the lift, hence another...

From the moment we were dropped at the end of the land new Goldgasse, I knew this would be a magical place to stay. Right in the heart of old town, in a beautiful little lane way, and a quick walk to everything! The staff are superb and genuinely glad to welcome you - and nothing is a problem for...

We stayed 4 nights at this excellent hotel. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We were met by a friendly and helpful reception with a little welcome gift and a beautifully designed room. The bed was so comfortable with excellent pillows and quality linen. The coffee and tea making facilities were very welcome. Bathroom...

Hidden down a small lane within the pedestrian zone, the hotel is perfectly located for exploring Salzburg's old town. All the main sights are literally on your doorstep. Service is super friendly. Our room 22 (Mozart) was spotlessly clean, spacious, minimally but luxuriously furnished. All the furniture / equipment is brand new and very high quality. The breakfast buffet is...

Location, friendliness, cleanness, comfort, did I mention location? The staff is overly kind, the location is great. We had connecting rooms on the top floor which was ideal for our family. Nice terraces/balconies on that floor (4). Everything was perfect. Superbe breakfast. Lovely place. Looks very romantic for couples, but we also enjoyed it as a family. PS: We forgot...

Room size was a little challenging for us as we were travelling with 3 big + 2 small luggages. Amenities were great as other reviewers pointed out - free first round minibar, complimentary nespresso, organic tea etc. Double vanity in the bathroom also not usual for a 4* boutique but very much appreciated. Location was great in the middle of...

I loved this charming little hotel, and it helped make my short trip to the beautiful little hamlet of Salzburg just wonderful. The old town location is fantastic, and the amenities -- including in-room teas and a full day of free mini-bar! -- are terrific. My room even had some exposed 15th century frescoes. I booked somewhat last minute and...

I really wanted to love this hotel, and I can appreciate why the reviews are as high as they are, and I've rated it 4, but for me I think there would be a better choice in Salzburg. It's very cool and chic, very expensive, breakfast not included and extra 18Euros per person (ouch), no lounge area or bar area,...

We loved this hotel so much we didn't want to leave. If we have been on a more flexible schedule we probably would have asked if we could stay a couple more nights. It is the top of my favorites list. It is small boutique hotel. There are not a lot of rooms. ROOMS. Each room has unique decor. Comfortable...

I booked this hotel about a week before we arrived, and it's right at the heart of the old city. We love the location. The staffs here are super nice and friendly. The room we got is on the 3rd floor (4th floor in North America way), it has a very spacious living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The hotel also...
