I stayed in a single room for 2 nights and was sad to leave.! The room was spotlessly clean, and the decor bright and simple with strong attention to details. There was a quiet balcony to sit on and the thermostat/internet all worked properly. I spoke with 4 different staff members and all were attentive, warm and helpful. You can...

My husband I stayed here for a weekend break whilst visiting the Christmas Fayre in December. For a chain hotel we found it very welcoming with exceptionally clean rooms and a great selection of items on the breakfast menu. Although a short walk from the centre we found it more than adequate as a base to explore the area.

I stayed here while performing at the Repulik Theatre Austria. The room was large and more than adequate for my needs and the bed comfortable. Location at first seemed to leave something to be desired, however after a small bit of exploration I discovered that to be simply untrue. We were just far enough from city centre to have quite...

main pros: free internet, great breakfast, very helpful staff cons: hotel a little old but clean, location is a little far from the center overall: unless you want to be very central, this is a great bargain

This hotel is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk from Salzburg's main railway station and a 35 minute walk to the Altstadt. It is a relatively modern hotel where functionality rather than charm is predominant but the staff were pleasant and our room was clean. Some minor irritation as the room was on the car-park side of the building...

This hotel is really pleasant. We had read on some Tripadvisor reviews that the rooms are oddly configured - we thought they were fantastic. We booked the twin rooms - they were 2 singles, each with their own bathroom and an adjoining little hallway to them both. The location is good if you are arriving into the train station -...

My sister, my niece, my daughter and I recently went to Europe. Our first stop was Salzberg. We picked this hotel because the day we checked out we had to catch a train to Venice. This hotel is only a few blocks from the station, so we were able to walk there with our luggage. It is a beautiful hotel....

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Salzburg HBF (at least 20 minutes to main area of interest) and is located in a quiet area. Room was clean and although there was no air conditioning, the room was comforatable. Bathroom was small and the toilet was seperate from the rest of the bathroom and it was a style...

This hotel is confusingly also called the Best Western Parkhotel. It feels like a business hotel but suited us very well. It's set back from the road and our well-equipped room looked over the garden at the back. Helpful staff and excellent choice of food at breakfast. It's less than 10 minutes walk from the station and buses. Salzburg is...

We arrived at this hotel due to the good offices of Heidi at the other Best Western in Stalzburg. The hotel was lovely, service excellent, the breakfast was a great one and the dinner menu excellent. It is near transportation and a laundromat However, you probably wouldn't find it without help if arriving by train but a short taxi ride...
