Stayed over Christmas, lovely experience which I will be repeating at Christmas 2017. Very comfortable room, immaculate bathroom with bath and shower. Staff very welcoming and helpful, great location for old town and new town theatres and Mirabell Garden, lovely and quiet. Will definitely be staying again. Just to add, Christmas Eve musical entertainment was very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The same name of the hotel, different city and different quality. Salzburg is beautiful and this hotel is perfectly located just opposite Mozart House. The hotel is a beautiful old palace. But the service is very disappointing. Reception, Restaurant and Bar you can hardly find so many haughty people in one place. I travelled with my friend who picked this...

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this classic hotel. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with period furnishings, crystal chandelier, large bathroom with tub/shower, and a nice view of the park in front of the hotel. Room included a robe and slippers and had a small safe for your valuables. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the...

We booked ahead for Christmas Lunch and were so pleased we did. Firstly, because the restaurant was fully booked and secondly, because this was a wonderful experience. This is a more traditional Hotel with lots of charm and very attentive service. The team were so welcoming. Looked after our layers of coats and gently guided us to our table. Menu...

Hotel Bristol is beautiful. However, it felt stingy. We joined in on the Christmas celebrations, which included a dinner at €115 pp. The quality and portion sizes did not justify the price, and wine was not included. I felt slightly pressured by the waitstaff regarding the expensive extra wine list, and it felt embarrassing to ask for wine by the...

Family of 6 arrived at hotel before check-in time but were able to go straight up to the beautifully decorated rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was amazing! Food was brilliant and service outstanding. When ordering a pudding that was out of stock, we were offered a free pudding each! Brilliant stay...

We arrived late at night, the concierge parked our car, in the tiniest of spaces, he then brought our bags up to the room. The room was actually the cleanest rooms I have ever seen. We went out one day and put do not disturb in our door instead of you can clean, we come back and realised our mistake,...

we have just returned from a lovely holiday in Salzburg at the Bristol. Once again the standard of service was superb. We were delayed at London due to fog and therefore missed a day of our holiday. This was handled by the hotel in their usual efficient manner and we are most grateful to the hotel for their understanding. It...
