NUMBER OF ROOMS
We were here as part of a Trafalgar tour and our room was very cute. It was a fair walk from the reception but we didn't mind. We also had dinner here which was fine but the grumpy staff were not so good. Find another place to eat. Breakfast the following morning was fine.
... not the Platters song. Booked & payed 6 months in advance for a double bed, we ended up with twins (who had the tendency to split) put together ...not comfortable sleep... 20 Euros! deposit for the kettle... 7 Euros additional pay in case of room service... the "fitness center" had a treadmill, two elliptical machines & a exercise ball... decent breakfast... please read the (average and below rating) previous reviews, 99% accuracy... it took them more than a week to release 50 Euros warranty on the credit card ( we had to email them)... definitely not a 4 star hotel...
As a family of 5, we were split up into 2 different blocks in the hotel. When we explained that we are travelling with our kids, and we prefer the rooms to be close by, or on the same floor or in the same building, we were brushed off. Cannot help you, we are full. Sebastian at reception desk was extremely rude and condescending. Definitely stay away.
A great stay, comfortable, clean room. Very helpful, friendly staff, a great breakfast with a good choice. Would recommend this hotel as very accesible to the old town, 15 mins approx walk. Would stay again.
Was quite disappointed with this hotel. I was in town for a business trip and this looked ideal. Good location which was a redeeming feature. Otherwise the place is quite tired, basic amenities (such as a kettle) not included and staff unfriendly and unhelpful
