The location of the hotel is excellent, near the centre (3 minutes from the Landhaus) but quiet when we were there. We couldn't hear what little traffic there was, although we didn't have the windows open being November, and there was only a little noise from the adjoining room. The hotel could be difficult to find/reach by car without a...

We were a little concerned when the taxi driver was unsure whether be could take us to the hotel, due to many road closures due to the upcoming Graz Marathon. But with a few minor detours he got us right to the door of this delightful hotel. Apart from the wonderful sights in the city we had the added advantage...

We had a lovely corner room on the second floor, plenty of room for two suitcases, comfy bed, the only thing was the air conditioning was a free-standing unit and didn't work very well. The hotel staff are super friendly and it's in a good location, easy walking distance to all the sights. We stayed two nights and Graz is...

This hotel is really well located for a stay in Graz; just 2 minutes from the Mausoleum and Cathedral, with other attractions within easy walking distance. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful; breakfast was a well-stocked buffet. Our room didn't have air-conditioning, but there was a large fan which was perfectly adequate. A...

It must an error of mine when doing the booking. I was a bit shock to see the outlook of the hotel. the positive first: the hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. now what I did not like: The decoration of the hotel is just terrible. It aspires to be a luxury hotel and is unfortunately both very...

Dear Francois, thanks for sharing your impressions. We are pleased to hear that you found the staff friendly and the hotel clean! As for the rest of your review, there is not much we can say - it really just seemed to be a matter of taste. Just one remark though, we do not aspire to be luxury, just to...

Great little hotel in the old town of Graz. The hotel is in an old palace - our room was large with high ceilings and very comfortable - the air-conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant (Steak Boutique) in the hotel is excellent - thought it's worth making a reservation before you arrive. We will...

The hotel is in the heart of old Graz so using a satnav to find it is strongly advised. As there is no parking at the hotel you have to drop the bags and take the car to a multi-storey some distance away. The hotel is very much of the old fashioned city centre variety and is furnished accordingly but...

Excellently situated in the centre and old town area of Graz, this hotel is very comfy and accommodating. The first thing I experienced was very pleasant customer service on the front desk, followed by a really big room (ask for room number 20!). The Breakfast was just right, and again the staff were relaxed, efficient and friendly. When I go...

We were sure what to expect at this hotel, and it was a wonderful surprise. Our room, #26, was beautiful. It was actually a suite. Our son had his own room and half bath.
