We stayed here for one night on a bike tour along the Danube and couldn't have been more delighted. The hotel is in a charming old house opposite the remarkable complex of the former monastery (the Stift), the staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Our room was spacious and elegantly furnished, breakfast featured local products, and the restaurant... More

We liked our stay at the Landhaus very much. We arrived on a Sunday so we had to self check-in. That was not a problem, thanks to the information the hotel had sent us in advance. They were friendly. Service was okay. But nothing impressive. I have the impression that we were served by the less experienced "weekend" crew. The... More

After a long day of bike-tour biking, we arrived at our hotel called Landhaus Ardagger Stift in the hamlet of Ardagger Stift. This hotel was my kind of hotel. High-end, high-quality, small, tastefully decorated, with excellent service. I called ahead of time to the hotel (knowing they were going to be closed when we got there) and the manager helped... My family and I booked three rooms at the Landhaus Stift Ardagger for the One Republic concert in Burg Clam. The place is about 10 km from Burg Clam which is a wonderful and very unique concert venue. We have nothing but great things to say about the Landhaus. The building was originally constructed in the 12th century. However, the... More

We loved this hotel. The rooms are very well appointed. My children and I enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was very nice, as well. The town is picturesque. We visited the Haubiversum, nearby - tours are in German, still, a fun experience for us.

I stopped there during a business trip and honestly I was very positively surprised by the level of this hotel. The room was large, no very large, clean, well designed, wood floor, heated floor in the bath room and toilet, flat screen, etc ... Very well equipped and the latest technology. The service from the staff excellent and the food... More

The rooms in the hotel are beautiful, but the location is extremely isolated up many winding hills, the restaurant prices are ridiculously high, and the restaurant service was frustratingly slow (dinner took 3 hours). We were traveling by bicycle along the Danube as a family. This is not a good hotel for families traveling by bike. Once you've made it... More
