Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Monte Carlo, everything is within walking distance, spacious rooms, triple upgrade for a Platinum member to a beautiful Signature room with balcony and sea view, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Delicious Japanese Nobu restaurant, high quality food and beautiful sea views. Nice staff and correct management of the hotel, thank you very much, we will come again!
Overall it is a nice hotel although showing signs of time and lacking a bit of character. Staying there October 2019 pre-Covid time and it was packed, there was always a long line at the check in and a concierge desk. The room is dated and nothing quite special except for the view which you can spot superyacht. The highlight is Nobu and breakfast at the rooftop. The closet train station is 20 min walk away.

very nice stay as usual, well located to the near of the heart of Monte Carlo and many great restaurants around the sea view from our room was impressive, also the swimming pool at the top floor was fantastic.
Monaco itself reminds me of tightly wound ball of rubber bands, each one on top of the other, all fighting for a little spot on the ball. I go to Monaco on business once a year and its crowed and I personally don't find it that scenic with exception of a few postage sized spots that overlook the yachts of the rich. There is construction everywhere, building upward to the sky. I give this description of the area as the Fairmont sits at the top of what the locals call 'The Rock'. From the entrance of the hotel, you can see the crowds and shops below. Inside the Fairmont is, of course, a casino if that is your thing. The rooms are clean and nice and the staff is polite and are ready to serve their guests with a smile, the rich and regular folk get exactly the same treatment. Room service is ridiculously expensive (like everything else in Monaco), but super delicious. I ordered a club sandwich that came with fries and a glass of water which cost $44 USD (modest tip included), but it was THE BEST DAMN CLUB SANDWICH I EVER HAD. I love it! Great hotel!…
