From our arrival ro checkout, the service was absolutely first class. We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my husband's birthday and what a celebration we had! The room was spacious and the sea view from the balcony every morning was a great way to start the day. Breakfast was awesome, an abundance in quantity, variety and lots of organic and "clean eating" foods which pleased me. The 3 days allowed us sufficient time explore Monaco and the concierge was wonderful in directing us to places we want to go. The service in the hotel is exceptional and difficult to beat. We are greeted every time we pass a member of staff and they are very good at remembering our name!! My husband was surprised at breakfast when a serving of french toast with a candle was placed in front of him. Later in the evening, a birthday cake was delivered to the room ..... what a fantastic surprise! He was blown away! I'm looking forward to us returning... as soon as we get the time off work. Arrival at Hotel de Paris is unfortunately not as pleasant as expected in five star hotels. The entrance construction is beautiful, stunning in all its beauty but with a lot of confusion, rush and madness. You don’t know who are the bellboys, who is security … no sentence welcome to HDP, only they take your luggage and tell you to go to the reception. Check in process was super professional and quick. The rooms were not ready of course due to Yacht Show happening so this was expected and understandable that early check in even though anticipated, wont happen. The lobby area is super chic and gorgeous, but in all its beauty still looks like one big “luxury train station stop”, total confusion, packed with people and no service. You can sit for 1 hour and pray to be lucky enough that they ll offer you something to drink. Floreana from guest services was amazing, super kind and made sure to greet us upon check in and throughout our stay she was always super attentive and going above and beyond to make our stay would be memorable. Breakfast area is in a beautiful setting but in a total mess. Stanislas was super professional but very busy dealing alone with many tables, people and requests. Most of the time we had to return dishes as they were not done well, not correct ones, belonged to other tables… The food variety is great, fresh products but coffee must be improved ( at least for coffee lovers 😁). When the breakfast service was with staff from Le Grill restaurant all was superb and five star service! The rooms at HDP are very spacious, beautifully designed and super new. Housekeeping service was excellent. We ll be definitely back to HDP and highly recommend it!…

Nothing but great things to say about this place. My husband and I stayed here 2 nights to end our 2 week vacation. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff and they made us feel welcome. They showed us to the room and explained everything we needed to know. The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is in walking distance of everything and we didn’t need our car until we left. We did order room service one night and our food was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend and will be staying again.

Cannot say enough about this amazing hotel, if you are looking for sheer pampering, luxury abounds, awesome location and the views are breathtaking. We had one minor mishap and the management went over and above to correct the situation. I just can't stress the importance of feeling valued and their actions told me that we were not just passing guests, it was a "Our doors are open to you anytime." If you are traveling to Monaco (which I highly recommend) I would definitely encourage you to stay here.

The Monte Carlo experience is the most exquisite experience ever rubbing shoulder's with the elite and celebrities which live there it's culturally one of the most best travel destinations you have to do in life nothing like anywhere else in the world. But very expensive you need to be a millionaire and there are numerous eligible bachelors and bachelorettes there. It's living is like being in a royal palace rooms with sophistication and airy and sipping most out of a $200 glass style overlooking the balcony of my suite. I am writing a book on my experience of travelling and I've included this trip to Monte Carlo in it. My next adventure is a 3month trip to Europe in February 2024. Can't wait got the travel bug now...

My husband and I were actually staying close to San Remo (Italy) and decided to go for a day-trip to Montecarlo. We spent the day there and later in the evening (around 11 pm) were ready to drive back to San Remo (we had a rental car parked near the Hotel de Paris). Suddenly the car broke down and we were unable to drive it anymore. We couldn't get through by cell phone with the rental company, so we went to the Hotel de Paris' lobby and asked them to please let us use their phone. The hotel's staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating and compassionate. It was a real ordeal to deal with the broken car, the tow truck, etc... The concierge from Hotel de Paris (Emmanuel) and Pierre were just amazing, they help us so much with everything, until the tow truck arrived around 4:30 am! We were left by the rental company abandoned in the middle of Montecarlo without a hotel where to spend the rest of the night or a car to return to San Remo. We had to return to San Remo by our means. Pierre was so kind to drove us to the train station at 5 am because there were no taxis available at that time in Montecarlo. We were not even guests at the hotel, but they treated and help us in a wonderful way, as if we were their most important guests. We are very grateful to the Hotel de Paris and its staff (specifically Emmanuel and Pierre). If we return to Montecarlo one day, we hope to stay at Hotel de Paris and have the pleasure to meet again Emmanuel and Pierre. Thank you so much again for all you did for us!…

Incredible hotel! Impeccable service, gorgeous spaces, opulent rooms. This is the place to stay but be prepared for an eye watering bill! Roof terrace and pool is beautiful with views across the harbour. This is definitely a place that makes you feel special. Our hotel room was lovely, incredible quality of finish and detailing. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights in August 2023 for our 31st Wedding Anniversary and have to say that the whole experience was out of this world. The hotel staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help when needed. The Concierge team can arrange anything and i highly recommend the private helicopter transfers, its an experience not to be missed. The roof top restaurant is one not to miss, the views are fantastic , food is great and staff again can't do enough to help. We also ate at the Cafe De Paris which is situated at the front of the Hotel overlooking the Casino, food is very good and the atmosphere electric on an evening. We read some bad reviews around the bar in the hotel before our trip, but i have to say the staff again couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly. Would highly recommend this Hotel.…
