Returning for a week and this time we have chosen the junior suite with a jacuzzi and this was the best decision ever made! This room was super superb, elegantly organized and super comfortable. The highlight was the deck with a jacuzzi ( that was super heated) and we truly enjoyed a lot outdoors. The view was wonderful overlooking the Monaco harbor and principality palace. Quentin from guest services was so kind and a greatest asset to Hermitage Team. Also in our pre arrival communication he was kind enough to efficiently answer and assist with all the needs and questions. All the concierge team were super assistive too in organizing transfers and with any request we had. The breakfast area was a big confusion especially during our first two days of stay as they had groups. It meant you arrive at your table and would wait for anyone to notice you, greet you or ask for the order between 15-20 min. Once the group would leave it became better and the waiters would assist us. Special thanks to Luca and Stephane that knew how to go above and beyond and assist us. I guess that when there are groups there should be more staff working or that the group would eat in a designated area only for them. Housekeeping service was superb except that on this occasion they took my pajamas together with linen I guess. I cannot get frustrated by this as they work so hard all the day, so this truly can happen. Big thank you to Miriam from spa, my favorite person for face massage! Also thanks to Silvia for great hair treatment ❤️ Special mention to all the bellboys team for their kind assistance at all times! Room service as always best of the best, thanks for all your assistance too! See you in December all!

We really enjoyed our stay in this grand hotel. The location is perfect to explore Monaco and a relaxing base to head back to during the day. We booked for 2 nights and ended up extending for a 3rd, and although we had to move rooms the process was seamless and both rooms were spacious with great views. We ate in Pavyllon on the second night and can’t recommend this enough. Excellent food, wine and service. In fact the best we experienced on our travels through Italy and France in this trip. In summary, nothing to fault with our stay and we can’t wait to return!

We had a nice stay here at the end of September. Our room had partial views of the water which was nice. The room was a nice size with large marble bathroom. Room service served our breakfast promptly. The breakfast were very good. The staff is efficient and friendly.

Fantastic stay. This hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed the large closet, spacious room, lovely bathroom. The view of the marina was mesmerizing, watching the super yachts coming and going. We also had a balcony that was lovely. The only thing that was a challenge was no converters in the room.. I had contacted the hotel and they indicated that there were converter plugs in the bathroom but the plug is only for shavers and did not work for my curling iron. I blew it out with a cheap converter. Make sure to bring adapters and converters if you are from the US.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was large, the bed was comfy. There was plenty of hot water. The staff making up the rooms were numerous, prompt, thorough and friendly. These are things I appreciate but could say about lots of decent hotels. I was expecting something more. Yes the hotel has lots of molded ceilings and a bit designed by Albert Eiffel. But I’m not sure that alone merits the price tag. Staff weren’t warm or accommodating, breakfast was a shambles with no vegan options - I literally got told abruptly after inquiring with several waiters that they could not accommodate a vegan. When I protested I was told they might be able to find me a carrot. Bizarre.. I didn’t take up the offer and instead left a hotel where my room was 1,650 euro a night and found an accommodating little cafe that made me avocado toast with a smile for the princely sum of 12 euros. I’m amazed the Hotel Hermitage can’t feed a vegan breakfast (and thinks I might want a carrot). The hotel is vast and maze-like - so much so even staff sent me the wrong way to my room. The pool is big but the loungers are almost in the water as there is no space for them around it. Staff are noisily watching videos on their phone under a sign saying to turn of your phone while I type this review. Service makes a hotel memorable but this hotel seems to have forgotten to go the extra mile. I’m left wondering if anyone stays twice.

I booked this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday on our honeymoon. I chose this hotel and paid over $1800 USD for a 2 night stay because of the famed Thermes Marins Spa that is part of the hotel (I planned to surprise my husband with a couples massage, which I booked over a month in advance, on his birthday). The day before our spa appointments (after we already checked in for our first night's stay), the spa cancelled on me. I asked for a partial refund for our hotel stay, since I would have never checked into the hotel but for the spa appointments that I booked a month in advance. The manager, Dima Hobeika, is only willing to offer me a complimentary stay in the hotel and massages on our NEXT visit, but she is so out of touch that she does not comprehend that this was a once in a lifetime trip for me. I am not a billionaire and do not have the means to return to Monaco, so I am treated like trash. Dima would take an average of 2 weeks to respond to any email I sent because my socioeconomic status makes me not a priority. Average Joes deserve respect and when I asked to speak to a manager who could give me a more reasonable solution Dima responded that the "manager would be quite busy for the coming weeks" and she would be "putting an end to my correspondence". Spend your money elsewhere in Monaco, and get the respect you deserve!

Its a beautiful property with a lot of history. The staff at reception and concierge are great and always ready with solutions with a smile. However the door staff most of the times will ignore/not even offer to open the door even if you're with a kid in a stroller. The housekeeping staff do a really good job, but they entered our room twice once at 9pm and once at 10pm when we were asleep. I think they were trying to make the room but it's a bit late for that I guess. Restaurant staff is not so accomodating for young kids (toddler), generally we were never received with a smile or any accommodation for the yound ones (except occasional frowns) Overall it's a great stay, however some misses as above which I hope they can improve. Not in our best stay experiences.

This is a magnificent hotel in a perfect location. The reception staff and concierges were all extremely professional and accommodating. We were upgraded to a lovely room with a slice of a sea view which we really enjoyed. The indoor pool was beautiful, with a large area of sun lounges and a hot tub outside overlooking the sea. Breakfast was excellent, served in a beautiful rotunda or outside on the deck with lovely views. We were surprised by an absolutely delicious chocolate cake delivered to our room to celebrate my husband's birthday. Also enjoyed a short shuttle ride to the Beach Club with complimentary amenities. Would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful 5 star experience.
