Our only criticism this time is that previously we were given drinks, fruit cocktail or coffee upon our arrival whilst being checked in, this year nothing, even on a hot day, and a wait between us arriving and our room being ready, they told us the room had been vacated earlier and they even emailed us the day before asking us what time we would arrive...
