Small friendly hotel in a great location. We stayed in a twin room - it was small but had everything needed. The food was good and the atmosphere very friendly and relaxed. Special mention to Theresa who works Reception and the Bar. Very welcoming, friendly...More
The reason why I’ve scored this as 5/5 is just because of the staff there. They’re all lovely and went out of their way a couple of times for us. On Christmas Eve we didn’t realise there was a 5 course special meal which started...More
Completely agree that it’s a sweet little place and v handy for the main gondola. But don’t believe any literature that tells you they cater for veggies. They don’t. Not even when you tell Inghams when you book and tell reception when you arrive. We’ve...More
Have only used cafe/bar and was very impressed.
I would definately consider this hotel in future judging by the overall ambience of the place. It's the right mix of relaxed, clean, friendly, with a variety of nationalities staying at hotel.

Hello, The rooms may vary but my 'single' room had a bath and hairdryer, a double bed, but no balcony. I was at the rear of the hotel. Most of the rooms on the front (overlooking courtyard) had what we would term a Juliet balcony. I found the room to be spacious for myself, but a couple would find it a bit cramped, thus it was sold as a single room. The restaurant, downstairs, is good and there are also many alternatives nearby. Hope this helps.
