Booked here as part of a package deal . Stayed 3 nights with a couple of friends and my infant son. Hotel is rustic and basic ,clean and with a decent bar and also the restaurant La Tasca .Limited amenities as expected from a 2 star however the staff are genuinely friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming-plus the wifi is good throughout the property. The location is fantastic,5 mins from the gondola and walking distance to all the restaurants and bars that you will want to visit. Decent bed and bed and breakfast property if you want a budget stay .

Left this hotel today. It’s not a five star hotel but the location is great, the staff really helpful and the rooms are comfortable if not a little small. For the money I can’t fault this hotel. Would really recommend it.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our dog. Good points - close to the gondola, friendly staff, good continental breakfast, allow dogs, room size is ok, good showers and plenty of towels. Not so good - noisy inside and so hot in the hotel we had to have our window open despite it being minus 7 outside! Unfortunately building work was going on opposite so also very noisy from that! However, if you bring earplugs and very light sleepwear it is good value and very central.

When reviews are left on trip advisor it’s important to remember how much you paid. This hotel is extremely good value. The rooms are basic however extremely comfortable with everything you need. The location is perfect with it being right at the entrance to the gondola at the bottom of the mountain. Staff are friendly and accommodating, however English language is very minimal. Overall a great stay, you get what you pay for but this hotel also comes at great value. I would recommend if you’re looking for comfort, well priced and a great location in Arinsal.

Spent a week here in March 2019. Location is 5 star. Hotel is located less than 5 minute walk from the gondola and the centre of the village. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Towels were changed daily and shower facilities were good - plenty of hot water. On the downside the room was small, especially a ski holiday tends to require bulkier luggage. The breakfast buffet was adequate but limited and quality of produce was average. Overall nice hotel that does what it needs to do.
