We stayed here for the week while on our ski trip. The rooms are small but were perfectly adequate for our needs. Shower was powerful and water hot at any time of the day. Housekeeping couldn't have been better. Above all the location cannot be beaten. It is right next door to a lovely Italian restaurant and the Irish derby...

We stayed year for the new year and I really couldn't fault the hotel. We collected our room keys from across the road and the lady Sara was really helpful! Rooms were small but great for what we needed, cleaned every day and option to have fresh towels. Ski boot and ski storage available Short walk to the gondola Plenty...

The hotel is small little gem set in the heart of Arinsal. The rooms may be a bit small for some people, but i had a double room on a single basis so plenty of room for me. The hotel is lovely and clean and the decor is neutral and simple, while being warm and comfy. you have a maid...

Booked this for a 5 night stay over the Tour de France weekend. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable. You take breakfast at the Sports Bar across the road. It's perfectly adequate and the staff are very nice and helpful. I was told there was free wifi and although I could pick it up the access code didn't work....

I am writing this review on my last night of my holiday. The hotel is small little gem set in the heart of Arinsal. The rooms may be a bit small for some people, but 2 of us were quite comfy and not falling over each other. The hotel is lovely and clean and the decor is neutral and simple,...

Stayed here for a week in Feb, rooms were small but adequate for what we needed. Breakfast in the "Polar Base" was great (ask for the croissant to be replaced by eggs and bacon, as they don't tell you this is included). Staff were friendly and checking in and out was easy and simple. Would stay again.

Was very impressed from the moment I met the receptionist, was very kind and helpful, provided useful information. The hotel is very close to the Gondola lift just a 3-4 minute walk, is across the road from a supermarket that has pretty much everything you would need and also a very nice restaurant/bar (Polar Base Bar/restaurant). It also is next...

Very Good all round. Very obliging receptionist, excellent location just across from the Gondola lift and central within easy walking distance to all main bars/restaurants. Actually next door to the Derby Irish pub. The Polar Base restaurant across the road is part of the Hotel Apartment complex and is used for breakfast. Rooms in the hotel were very small for...
