There was 13 in our party, 3 Familes with children aged from 7 to 16 and arrived very late at night to find that our room the beds had not been made, but they had left us a pack lunch in the room, just a shame the bar shut at midnight!! Also the hot tub was not working while we were there which was disappointing. Overall the hotel was good for our needs, the rooms were very clean but basic and The rooms could do with a bit of modernatistion to make them more appealing but overall there good. The food is excellent as we were 1/2 board and just keeps on coming. The real selling point of the hotel is the location, It's at the bottom of a blue run and right next to the end of the run is a chair lift to the Arinsal Ski Area. Glad we were staying at the Patagonia and able to ski down as the queues for the Gondala back down were mad!

We stayed at this hotel with Crystal Ski in February 2022. The hotel is located right next to a ski hire shop and a four man chair lift so is ideally located for a weeks ski holiday.
The rooms are great and are just the right size, we saw reviews that mentioned the rooms not being very sound proof, we stayed on the fifth floor and when people were walking past the room it was quite loud but we had a great nights sleep consistently and didn't hear any noise overnight.
The only real negative for us was the food was not suitable for children, a few nights there was pasta and tomato sauce but on other nights the only option was some very rare burgers and other food that teenagers and younger wouldn't eat. We visited in the February school holiday so you wold think the menu might be simplified to cater for children.
The free bus and the yellow pay bus both stop outside the hotel so its quite easy to get the bus to the centre of Arinsal or down to Andorra La Vella. The car park outside the hotel gets very busy at weekends.

We spent Friday and Saturday at M/P. The room is great and large, without forgetting that there are some defects resulting from use.
Great staff.
The Buffet is bad, for a 4 star hotel. Very fair, very much.
Now, what I still don't understand is that if the Check-in is at 3 p.m. and the heating doesn't turn on until 7 p.m. and turns off at 8 a.m., that's how the reception told us and in fact we checked it ourselves. . What do we do with the cold in the room? Ahh okay, after the complaint they offered us heaters... My default is that in hotels, I neither like to be hot nor cold...

We have just returned from a weeks stay in Yomo Patagonia with half board. What a lovely hotel, fantastic food, staff and hotel rooms (ours had a bath).
Our whole stay was made very comfortable and all the staff had one aim and that was to make a perfect and memorable stay.
The restaurant provided consistently amazing and appetising food that was fresh, hot and with lots of variety and also plentiful. We were welcomed every evening in the restaurant by lovely Florencia and shown to our table. The wine was not included in our package but was very reasonably priced.
Our room was very comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard, with a small kitchenette and kettle, fridge and table and chairs.
The location of the hotel was virtually next to the chairlift (using skis or ordinary footwear) which takes you up to the skiing area . For convenience, we hired a ski locker at the top of the chairlift. The hotel didn't have a dedicated ski room, but you could store your skis in the games room and use a padlock to secure them into the racks and take boots up to your room. A blue run (summer road) takes you from the ski area down to the bottom of the chair lift. The hotel was advertised (Crystal Ski) as a ski in/out which isn't strictly true as you cannot ski out of the hotel as there is no piste downwards.
The village is a little walk which we didn't do. We took the chairlift up to the ski area and the gondola down to the village. There is a very reasonably priced supermarket next door to the Hunters restaurant. There is ample public parking outside the hotel.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as the perfect place to stay for a holiday in Arinsal. Enjoy!

A hotel is part of your holiday experience and this hotel almost spoiled ours - the mountains are the saving grace. The staff are rude - any question we asked reception was met with abrupt and rude responses, the beds were so hard we woke up every morning with bad backs and aching sides, the half board is limited and repetitive, the food is all soaked in oil and for the size of the hotel the selection is limited, the gym is some old cardio equipment and the sauna and steam room is 8euros to sit in a room on a plastic chair next to the kids playroom so the whole time you here screaming and banging. The skiing was good and we were next to the lift but the town is not that big that location is important

We checked into this hotel yesterday for 3 nights. Honestly this is a huge disappointment. We first got a room opposite the restaurant this was not doable from the noise as the hallway is full of guests who have to wait an average of 15 minutes for a table. We ended up asking for and getting another room on the second floor. These are communicating rooms with a door between them. You can hear everything the neighbors do. You hear them peeing in the toilet, taking their shower, conversations you can breeze along and if the TV is on you can hear everything. Also, the rooms are old and in dire need of renovation. Then there is the dinner, after having to wait 15 minutes for a table, your dishes are of poor quality with a very limited choice of dishes. Breakfast is not too bad. The staff is friendly though.

This hotel with an excellent car park at the top end of Arinsal made a perfect base for a walking trip in the Andorran pyrenees. L5 bus route into Andorra La Vella starts in the hotel car park! The hotel staff were exceptional in always smiling and happy to help. The rooms are spacious with microwave and fridge facilities although the varied choice of restaurant food made external shopping unnecessary. The dining room runs on a buffet style presentation and all the food provided was wholesome and of good quality. The rooms are made up daily and the housekeeping staff are willing to adapt to your needs re timing etc. Exceptionally good value for the facilities provided.

Do not stay here. Nearly €4000 for 3 of us, our son who is 12 had a painting fall off the wall onto him in the room, luckily he's not a young child as he could of been injured. We are on the 5th floor which is full, I mean full of cleaners trolleys all day and night, outside our room, noisy! The ski lockers don't work, there is one member of staff on reception and one on the bar... with constant queues. Reception claimed cleaners finished early afternoon, you will see a photo of them outside our room talking loudly just before 7pm.. this is not 3 or 4 star. Its very run down very basic.... would never book again.

I did a lot of research on this hotel when I booked with Crystal Ski. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Yomo Patagonia - the staff were all so lovely and helpful. The rooms are large and extremely clean, with stunning views. They do have single beds though! The hotel cleaning staff seemed fine with us pushing ours together temporally.
Things to know. The restaurant is on the 4th floor. My room was also on the 4th floor right next to the restaurant, and this stressed me out when I first noticed, however I barely had any noise disturbance. I can imagine if there had been school trips though, this would have been an issue.
The ski store room is easy to access and you guy rent padlocks from the front desk. The hotel is next to a ski lift that goes up to the slopes, you basically have a private ski lift and avoid any queues! The bar area downstairs do great cocktails and is a lovely place to relax.
The best thing about this hotel was the hidden wood fired hot tub that you can book at the front desk. We did it twice and this is a memory I’ll remember forever. Definitely do it if you’re staying at this hotel!

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff from reception, dining room and cleaners. The hotel is next to the chairlift and gives a lot of freedom when a family goes with one of the members who does not ski. Before we went to a hotel in Escaldes and my husband was obliged to take us on the slopes and stay until they closed. This hotel is ideal for a non-skier, and you also save on parking, which in Andorra is quite expensive and in this hotel it is free.
