The hotel is great, there is a beach adjacent to the hotel, there is an excellent pool outside. There is also an indoor pool but the water is not warm. The breakfast is good, it had everything I was looking for. I was upgraded to a suite room and the room was excellent! Everything was there: washing machine, dishwasher, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster and more! I was missing a towel for the kitchen which the hotel did not agree to bring (only for bathing), there was no soap for the dishes and no dishwasher. The beds are not the most comfortable. It was very hot in the room because they changed the weather to ventilation in the hotel and we were very hot. What is good about the hotel is that there is a free shuttle to/from the airport. Despite everything, I will return to the hotel.

Fortunately we only had to spend one night at this hotel thanks to a cancelled flight. We arrived tired at 1am. There was no water, not even a vending machine, nothing. Then we had to make our own beds. The sofa bed was disgusting - the mattress no more than a piece of foam about 1 inch thick. The room was clean, but run down and had zero comfort factor. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast was inedible. Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The beach is not a beach, it’s a few rocks. The sun beds need replacing, as do the sun bed mattresses. If you’re still thinking of staying at this hotel, make sure you read ALL of the details before booking.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Pool area okay. Spa area was shocking. Dirty, dated, ceiling and tiles falling off, had a poor smell too. The rooms stunk of mould. The curtains were filthy. The pool area staff were very rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many others better value for money too.

I visited with my wife and 3 children and it safe to say this hotel has the potential to be one of the best BUT unfortunately it has deteriorated alot in the last few years. Hotel in major need of a refurb, bathroom accessories all broken, crack tiles, extremely dirty curtains. Downstairs pool needs some cosmetic work to the pillars but haven't been touched since we were there a few years ago!! Breakfast service was slow, when i mentioned that some of the food needed topping up one person asked another to do it and that other person said it can wait! Not the service you would expect from this hotel. Hotel room had a good biew though. Really disappointed.

Hotel is in need of some maintenance. The building hasn’t been cared for at all, it’s really run down. Handles falling off, pictures not straight or falling off. AC not working , ceiling tiles damaged or water stained etc etc We found reception to be ok and helpful, but did have a problem with the extra (sofa bed) the mattress is literally a piece of foam about 2 inches thick. Not good if your anything older than a 7 year old. The room we had was huge and nice (apart from that sofa bed) I would not come back Thanks Martin Noisy kids in the pool at 22.30!!

The transwers to and from the airport were on time. Our flight departure was at 10:50 and we had to leave way too early (we had to wait 3 hours at the airport) - therefore we could not catch breakfast in the hotel which we had included. Because of that they gave us a prepacked breakfast which included 2 small sandwiches, a small piece of pastry and a small banana and apricot. Usually, you can eat way more in the hotel, but because of the way too early transfer we missed out on that. The breakfast in the hotel is actually really good, you have a lot of choices what to eat. It was a bit disturbing that there were so many cats walking around you while you were eating. Don’t get me wrong, cats are nice, but I do not think it is appropriate that 3 cats sit under my table and are walking around my legs when I eat. The wifi worked really badly. You are not allowed to flush the toilet paper down the toilet - you have to put all the paper in a bin next to the tolet. The staff was nice and ready to help, the room was clean. Overall it is a decent hotel which needs some upgrades, since it has 4 stars and since it is not that cheap to stay there.

For a luxurious hotel, the receiptionist and her supervisor don’t care about their clients. You come with an issue and they never have anything to suggest. The hotel allegedly offers a free transfer but at the arrival we wait 45 min for the transfer and if you are 5 min late when he comes at the hotel he doesn’t wait and the hotel doesn’t care and yells at their own clients. Too bad for this awful service and client management for a beautiful hotel
