Just come back from staying here. The bar and reception is the most attractive area. Once in the room it’s a different story, the bed mattresses was either too hard or too soft and you sank, the linen was bitty and that felt awful against the skin, the pillows are stained and flat. The bathroom is outdated the bath is very old and is marked along with the toilet, the tap area on both sink and shower could do with a really deep clean, the shower curtain is too long and stained at the bottom. I got told the linen got changed twice a week in 7 days, it got done once along with the towels during our 10 night stay. The furniture and curtains in the room are outdated. It had polystyrene tiles on the veil which obviously is a fire hazard but they probably have different regulations out there. The Breakfast was the same everyday and not much choice and Dinner was nearly same things every night, chicken, pork, fish and a odd pasta dish, the vegetables were definitely the same every night carrot, broccoli and green beans, then rice and potatoes, not much variety at all, very, very basic. The lunchtime bar menu was the best so I only ended up having one meal a day and that was then, then we paid to eat out in a evening. Other that that the bar and waitering staff were friendly, not much help for a wheelchair person, the reception staff they was a grey haired on, he wasn’t very much help at all...he just grunted when you asked him things, no interest at all. It states on the website the hotel is wheelchair friendly, it is if you happy sitting in the reception area or outside by the pool where no attends to someone who is wheelchair bound and your sat without a drink...the bar area isn’t wheelchair friendly at all. Also if you go all inclusive you lose out as we arrived at 10pm at night and the all inclusive ended at midday at checkout, even though we had to wait around all day for our flight home, you have to pay as paying guests, if you want anything after checkout time...which is wrong as you lose a day with travelling. I wouldn’t return back here unless they spent money on it, it certainly wasn’t 3 star.

Just got back from my honeymoon in the beautiful Cyprus. It was a fantastic country and we loved it. Our hotel on the other hand was shocking! It was meant to be 3* I wouldn't have even given it 1*. It was dirty, not just a little bit but filthy, there were stains on the tiles inside and outside our room. there was so much limescale around the taps, sinks, plug holes, bath, shower head and sinks that the plumbing barely worked. The hot water wasnt ever really hot. There was black mould everywhere. The cupboards were all broken, the fridge was rusting and made our food go off. The pool stank of faeces and made my husband sick. The beer glasses at the bar were dirty. The sun loungers were all broken. The whole place needed cleaning. The breakfast was absolutely vile! It made me ill. We had 2 single beds pushed together that were so hard we couldn't sleep, never mind enjoy being a newly married couple. We spent 5 nights in this wretched place on our HONEYMOON! We decided to move hotels to somewhere else, this place was only rated 1* higher but was a million miles better and we managed to enjoy the rest of our honeymoon, we were extremely lucky that we had the funds available to be to do this as up until this point our honeymoon had been ruined. I cant fault the staff however as they were lovely

The hotel is ideally located within a short walk of the mall, the actual hotel is very tired, in need of renovation. The room was a reasonable size for the two of us, furniture a bit dated and the bed very hard and uncomfortable, the bed sheets had stains on them and the pillows did not all come with pillow cases. the air conditioning did not work properly, the house keeping did not always give you clean towels very dissappointing. The breakfast was the same everyday, the cooked food was not always hot, so basically we had toast everyday and the water for making Tea / Coffee had a tangy taste so did not have any hot drinks. The bar charges airport prices for water and drinks, a big rip off to its guests, had cockroaches running around the patio area, with ant nests not very nice, the car park had a big pile of cats mess that stank, so i parked on the road. we have vistied Cyprus quite a few times and stayed in various hotels, we would not return to this one

Back again to this beautiful hotel. It is still as good as it was at the last time we visited the place. All the staff are there very friendly and hard working. The management is running the place very smoothly. The chef has an excellent range of food and always tasty. Can wait to return. Thank you
