Family of 8, youngest was 16, and we really enjoyed. I think it’s an “excellent 3*” because you get hiccups in 4 and 5 stars and all that matters is how these are dealt with. I think it could do with a few tweaks for improvement but if you look for faults you’ll never give anything an excellent rating because you’ll always find something. On On the whole this was excellent value for money. I think it’s an excellent 3* with room for improvement. Even 4* & 5* have hiccups so if you look for fault you’ll find it wherever you are. It’s not perfect but it gets full marks for trying. The few negatives below do not define the resort. Just something to bare in mind when gauging your expectations. Hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised 😁 The food was very tasty, duck a l’orange was my favourite and the curry. We were all inclusive but the hotel is fabulous as a base as you’re so close to the seafront and bus station. That’s Nice!! The entertainment team were a good laugh and one of the main highlights. They used a bit of audience participation in most of their shows which worked really well and felt intimate. Bingo first then all finished by 10pm so still early enough to go out. The rooms were a shock to begin with but we weren’t in them long so it didn’t really matter. They were very clean which made all the difference. Don’t let it put you off, you’ll have a great time. It is only 3* after all. The resort has many plus points. * Food is amazing * lots of sun beds (early July) • jacuzzi in pool * lovely staff and entertainment team * location - only a street away from the prom * good shopping * nice and clean * outdoor bbq * hotel was eager and quick to remedy and complaints * waitresses on the ball cleaning tables straight away, especially Katarina Minus’s * Rooms- lots of things broken, drawers, air con, lampshades, missing lamps, cockroaches (always someone in reception complaining so not isolated) * only single beds (pushed together for double that you fell through) but comfortable once you put an extra duvet on top to sleep on. * immersion heater has to be switched on 30 mins before showering * weakest shower ever, no plugs for a bath * views are mainly urban - back streets, alleys, skips, graffiti, building sites (and drilling noise) * some of the staff were miserable and gruff. * dining is outside (starting by the road) no air con * no lifts - so had to walk up flights of stairs (a few ‘blocks’ had lifts but not many, our block was a bit of a walk from the pool/restaurant too. * They operate on a weekly schedule for menu and entertainment (and shows) so if you’re there longer it will be repeated (even the quiz questions were the same)

Well what can i say. We arrived very late at night and they had left us food and water in our rooms we thought it was a lovely touch. Our room was lovely very spacious and clean the only thing id say is more draws are needed for your clothes we had to leave quite a bit in our cases but it certainly didn't put a damper on our holiday. We had clean towels every day and the cleaner was so friendly. The pool was spotless and was cleaned every morning even cleaned all the sunbeds daily too. You weren't allowed to put your towel on a bed before 9am as it would be removed which we loved every hotel should have this policy. The pool was a good size with plenty of beds. The food was amazing we were all inclusive and the choice you have is huge. You could never go hungry. The food was different daily we even had bbq days. The drinks were strong 🤣🤣 I ended up getting 1 vodka n coke and a glass of coke and mixing them as I was staggering back to my room the 1st few nights. Cocktails were even on the all inclusive I did try a few and I was really impressed. THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAM. Well what can i say but THATS NICE David the head of entertainment is an absolutely lovely guy we had many a laugh with him I wanted to stick him in my case and take him home but I was at my limit. He goes out if his way to give everyone a great time he didn't shake his balls enough for us at the bingo tho. 🤣🤣🤣. Alisha, Jamie and Millie are all lovely girls who keep you entertained all day. They don't pressurise you into getting involved if you don't want to (We didn't) we just enjoyed watching them before heading to our rooms to watch love island 😂😂. ALL the entertainment team are an asset to this hotel we couldn't fault it. Thankyou all so much for making our 10 night stay amazing we will be back. Sending you all best wishes Gail n Darren Stoker xx

Just got home from a 10 night stay on all inclusive. Hotel is in a perfect location. Short stroll to bars and harbour. We stayed in Harbour block. Room perfectly adequate. Plenty of room. Nice balcony and good shower. There was a lift in this block too. Food was lovely. Pool was lovely. Staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful and extremely hard working. We enjoyed the evening bingo and entertainment. David Jamie Alisha and Millie put on a good show. We met some lovely people too so all in all a great holiday.
