I stayed at the Anemi Hotel right after it re-opened following renovations at the end of 2019. I stayed in an Executive Suite, which comprises a large, ergonomic and attractive room with a balcony, bathroom, kitchenette and all necessary amenities. The rooms are very attractively designed, using a mix of Cypriot and Scandinavian design elements that really stand out. It's authentic while also being ergonomic, and it achieves a fusion that most hotels don't manage. My room had a sea view, which I really appreciated. There is lots of space. The common areas have been fully renovated; the renovation desk, lounge and dining area are fantastic. Full use has been made of natural light, and the space really opens up as a result. The staff is highly professional and attentive. It was nice to see that so many people have stayed at the hotel: it's a very good sign. As a result, I see this as being one of the best hotel rooms in Paphos at the moment. The Anemi is not a front-line, seafront hotel, but is central enough that you are on the beach in about 3 minutes and in the harbour in about 6 minutes walk. Parking is easy. It's a very cost effective and attractive solution, especially in the wintertime. Internet speed is good and the signal strength is good. I was travelling for work, and I appreciated this. I will definitely stay again.…
We moved here just over half way through our holiday as we asked to move from the hotel that Jet2 had reassigned us to when our chosen hotel had closed due to covid. From the moment we entered the hotel we knew it was miles ahead of our previous hotel. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, very safe and covid aware and they sanitized our luggage with a fogging machine. The pool was cleaned and tested daily. The apartments were clean and well decorated. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great and the food was very nice. All staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. It was a very quiet and welcoming place, sadly quite empty, each day we mostly had the pool to ourselves but if we do ever return to Paphos we will certainly consider a return to this lovely boutique hotel.…
From arrival at the Anemi suites, we were made to feel very welcome by the front desk staff and it was immediately obvious that the hotel were taking all the necessary precautions to prevent Covid 19. There were sanitisers throughout the hotel at all the main points and we felt very safe and secure indeed. We booked an Executive Suite on 4th floor and were very pleased with our choice with our room overlooking the pool. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was very modern and had excellent air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely large fridge and crockery and cutlery available. The breakfast each day was very fresh, tasty and plentiful and coffee machine made an excellent cup of coffee. Large choice of continental food, and also great choice of hot food available. Again there was sanitiser and disposable gloves that all guests had to wear before entering the breakfast area. We also attended the Sunday Brunch, served between 11am and 3pm on two occasions and there was an amazing choice of food available to try. We certainly did not need an evening meal after it and it was a great opportunity to sample various Cypriot delights. The hotel was quieter than it would normally be due to the circumstances but that had its advantages as there was plenty of sunbeds available around the very large swimming pool. It really was the hotel to go to, to unwind and recharge the batteries and what made it extra special was the individual attention that all the staff gave to all the guests. Every member of the staff that we came into contact with were a credit to the hotel, and I did want to mention a few by name, but unfortunately I have lost the piece of paper with the names I wrote, but one in particular was the Operations manager, I know his name began with P. He was a treasure and never went by us with out some conversation, and on the morning of my birthday he arrived at our breakfast table with 2 glasses of bucks fizz, obviously having noted a conversation we had, had about my usual birthday ritual. And if that was not enough, there was a bottle of prosecco in our room when we returned after our day out. All the reception staff were lovely, but George and I think her name was Alina or similar stood out for never letting you go by without a wee chat. Thankyou for an amazing holiday... we will definitely be back and will book direct next time. xx …
Staying at the Anemi Hotel, Paphos. Lovely modern clean hotel with friendly staff. Seafront, shops and restaurants a few minutes away. Journey was simple, no issues. Jet2holidays are brilliant, we were booked to go to Turkey but when quarantine happened it was cancelled. Didn't have to do anything, refunded after a few days and £100 off if we booked another holiday, which we did, to Paphos. Currently having a heat wave so lovely and hot. Hired a car from Europcar, £46 for 8 days...We'll be exploring the island. There's still quite a few people about but some restaurants are closed. Not spoiling holiday though. Make sure you have all your paper work printed, makes it much easier at the airport. Really glad we came, even during these difficult times.
Absolutely spotless throughout, staff are all so friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. The room was really spacious and had everything you could need! Gorgeous pool and communal areas. Food was delicious and eating breakfast by the pool was a lovely way start to each day! Would recommend getting a room with a balcony overlooking the pool.
