We booked 3 nights all inclusive as we were going on to protaras and ayia napa but we loved it so much we came back for 2 more nights at the end of our holiday. The first 3 nites we stayed in the Hotel on adults only floor looking over the pool it was a great suntrap in the early evening to enjoy the sunset. The food is quiet good something for everyone. We got a great deal so we felt it was super value for money. The hotel was booked out when we tried to book again so we stayed in the apartment section in the gardens again i booked one room but we were given a very spacious two bed apartment on all inclusive basis again. The rooms are spotless all in all its a great value hotel we will definitely be back

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Check in quick and efficient with very friendly staff. Rooms cleaned everyday except Sundays. Food is great. Different theme each night with plenty of choice for everybody’s taste. George the restaurant manager is fantastic, as are all the restaurant staff. Always plenty of sun beds and lots of other places to sit and enjoy the sun. The girl who works the bar is super friendly, not sure of her name but she deserves a mention!! This was our 5th visit here, and it won’t be our last! See you next year!!

So far I'd rate the hotel 3 out of 5, it's ok and there is nothing bad, but a bit lack luster in comparison to other all inclusive places we've been before. The buffet area has a ok selection but is about a quarter of the size of other resorts we have been to at similar prices. The options for free drinks are a little limited (no pina colada for example). The main pool isn't massive but an ok size. The smaller pools are more aimed towards kids, they are ok but a bit small. The rooms are lovely, would be nice to have more storage (since we are staying for 2 weeks) but it's manageable. Entertainment is very basic. The staff we've had contact with have been amazing, that's gotta be the best part of this resort so far. Overall it's ok but nothing to write home about. I think we've set the bar too high from our last all inclusive holidays in other places (Greece, Dominican Republic, Tunisia, etc...).

We fancied some late sun so a quick trawl on jet 2 and we had 9 nights all inclusive at the Mayfair. From the minute we took off the J2 team were fab. Plane def had extra leg room than Ryanair and at 6'3 it was welcome. On arrival at hotel booked in quickly and room was very clean and presentable, we were in main building facing larger pool. Drinks and food were 1st class, staff couldn't do enough for you genuinely. Which brings me onto the last point. Our daughter booked a shorter break at the same hotel while we were here, due to a mix up she had to speak to the reservation team at the hotel, they were so helpful and approachable even though the issue was with the agency. Jan and the GM himself took time to help and were very very accommodating. We would highly recommend the Mayfair Gardens and hotel and if you are thinking about it.......get on and book it now, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be returning 💯💯💯
