Got to the hotel at 4.00 pm and the reception didn't realise that my daughter could not walk so put us on the second floor without a lift/. We insisted on trying to get to teh room, which we did but the reception suggested we moved to a ground floor with an additional bed. They were se gracious and helpful and could not do enough to accommodate us. Similarly in the restaurant they reserved a table for us. The two reception ladies, I regret I didn't get their names were magnificent. as was Sergio in the Restaurant. They couldn’t do enough for us. I did joke that I was only going to give 1 star on Tripadvisor as i didn’t want others to discover this gem. But the hotel and staff deserve ten stars for what they did. Food was excellent as was the variety of pools (hydro pool was warm and had several juccuzzi type facilities. Already looking to book again for our next family holiday.

Where do I start. What a fabulous hotel. We had the warmest welcome from Maria with a glass of bubbly and a chocolate. Throughout the week Maria helped us with various things and always has a smile on her face. Our room was exceptionally clean and modern. Nothing at all to complain about there. We had a ground floor room so we had a lovely little sun terrace facing the pool which was lovely to sit on at night. There are 3 pool areas which are all great. There were always plenty of sun beds. One of the pools has a jacuzzi area which was nice and the other is good for swimming lengths. There is a fully equipped gym but although I looked in I actually didn't use it( no gym on holiday for me ) but it had everything you could need. Where this hotel stands out from the rest is the all inclusive package and the staff. The food was exceptional. There is a massive selection of food to choose from and all cooked to perfection. Not one time did I feel the food was repetitive like you find with some all inclusive. There is definitely something for everyone. Breakfast was amazing with eggs cooked to order and a top quality cooked option. The amount of nuts, seeds, honey and yogurt available was fantastic too. The manager Thomas even cooked his own carbonara one night too which everyone really enjoyed. Last but not least the staff. I have never experienced this level of service from staff in any hotel I've stayed in before. I could go on forever but to name a few who went that extra mile are Shagur and Rana who couldn't do enough for us at the bar. Shagur's knowledge of cocktails in excellent and he is also I character who always made us smile. Emma, who never stops around the pool and is always there when you need a drink and is so friendly and polite. There are too many to name but the service from everyone was exceptional. Lastly Thomas the manager. What a lovely man. He speaks to all the guests personally at meal times and it is obvious he puts his heart and soul into this hotel. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I can not recommend this hotel enough.

Our second visit having visited previously in 2021. We had a beautiful and relaxing 7 day break whose highlights included: All the staff were friendly and helpful but to single out a few, Mpampis for taking care of us, filling our glasses during dinner! Oxana during breakfast and Elli and Mark for producing consistently amazing poolside cocktails. The hotel has a relaxing, peaceful and friendly vibe. The guests were a joy to chat to and be around. The warm hydro pool was bliss with plenty (comfy) sunbeds available past 9. The food was varied and warm, the Italian, Cypriot and Sunday dinners were our favourite themed nights (and the mini cornetto deserts at lunchtimes) with a focus on freshness and quality over quantity. We found the studio rooms were modern, had plenty of storage with a nice bathroom area all of which suited us. The sun, food, drinks and accommodation were perfect - thank you to everyone at The King Jason, management teams and staff, see you soon.

What a fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived with welcome fizz, chocolates and a beach bag, we loved it. We stayed in an executive suite, so comfortable, clean and spacious. Despite there being no sea view option we could still see it although spent very little time on the balcony as the hotel bar areas, inside and out are so pleasant to sit in. The food quality and choice are amazing, we couldn’t fault it. The drinks are branded with an excellent selection. All staff are so helpful and friendly. There are 3 outdoor pools, so an option for everyone, just to dip in and cool off or to swim lengths. The biggest shopping centre in Cyprus is 5 minutes walk away, a real bonus! The harbour is about 10 minutes further on. An easy walk in the morning but we tended to get a 10 euro taxi back in the heat. The hotel do provide a shuttle bus. The old town is also worth a visit, again 10 euros by taxi or via the local bus. Special mention must go to Maria on reception, so so helpful, Maria and Thomas in the restaurant bar and Rana who was always so cheerful and helpful. Thank you to you all, you made our holiday very special and certainly know how to do hospitality.

Stayed here for two weeks in June 2022. Overall very good. Hotel.Rooms clean and modern, Food and drink is excellent to say the least. Hotel is spotlessly clean, The staff are very friendly and helpful. Three good pools with plenty of sun beds. Check in very easy given a chocolate and a glass of bubbly on arrival, Bags carried to our room by a porter. Nice tote bag with towels in the room. a jar of Marmalade and a tag for your luggage on the last day. Negative bits. It is a small hotel with no grounds to walk around. It is a 20 min walk to the beach although there is a shuttle bus several times a day. It is in a residential area and there is a main road at the bottom end of the hotel so road noise now and again, but cant say it really bothered us. Entertainment in the evenings is a guitar player or a sax player on the veranda which is the only outside space to sit so a bit too relaxed for our liking. Overall if you want a nice chilled place with great food this a good hotel.

As a visitor to the KJ 10 times over the last 25 years, we were a little concerned that the stellar standards set by Andreas (the manager from the beginning) might have slipped somewhat since his well earned retirement and Covid ravaged all our lives. Well, I’m delighted to say that we needn’t have worried. Though the new manager Thomas has a different management style, you wouldn’t really know there had been any changes. Yes, some of the staff of old have moved on, and there are plenty of new faces in there, but overwhelmingly there is the same friendly, helpful, can do attitude of old. First impressions are always important, and to be welcomed with a cold drink and chocolates upon arrival, whatever the time of day, is always a good start. Maria, on reception, is now, I believe the longest standing member of the team. She is an absolute gem and a font of all knowledge. We had an executive suite, very spacious, clean and well designed. Lots of storage space, go for one if you can, though they do suffer a little from being isolated from the rest of the complex, as they were built after the original complex was designed. Don’t expect a pool view, but apart from that, excellent accommodation. Pool areas always clean and plenty of sun beds, so no need to sneak out at 6am to ‘baggs’ yours! If I have to make one teeny negative comment, it’s that music is now sometimes played around the pool area. We are not fans of this, and it would never have been allowed in Andreas’s day, but I guess it’s a reflection of how things change generally. The food remains of a very high standard, and in endless supply, it takes an awful lot of willpower to walk out of the KJ at the end of your holiday without having added a pound or two to the waistline,,!! Special thanks must go to Shagur, the Head Barman, who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of everyone’s favourite tipple, thanks for looking after us so well. In the dining room area, Thomas and Maria (different ones from earlier) work so hard, and are genuinely such lovely people, both so willing and eager to be of assistance. Thanks to you both and good luck for your future together. Jay was another guy I’d like to single out. What doesn’t he do? From helping with our bags on arrival (at 11pm) to waiting on in the dining room, to helping with the food prep, he seemed to be everywhere. The pool staff were great, they must walk miles and miles every day ensuring a never ending supply of drinks to those unable to raise themselves from their sun beds, and in that heat too! I could go on and on, and in a way it’s unfair not to mention lots more names, everyone is just so good at what they do. Thanks to everyone, great time, great place, it’s no wonder so many people keep coming back.

My husband and I have had a 7 night stay here, starting on 17/6. We arrived very late in the evening to a glass of fizz and chocolates, greeted by a very helpful man. Our room was immaculate. The bed so comfortable and beautifully appointed fixtures and fittings. The air conditioning works very well. We were fully inclusive and the food was amazing! So much choice and very tasty. All the waiting staff were very helpful and attentive, plates cleared immediately and glasses refilled quickly. All areas are spotlessly clean. All staff are friendly and helpful, from Thomas the manager, Gergiou and Maria, who has been here for 25 years, to the young members of staff. Can’t wait to return

The King Jason is a wonderful hotel! We stayed all inclusive as family of 3 - booked via Tui. Rooms were very clean with the option for towels to be changed everyday. The AC and TV units work perfectly. They are also very spacious. The rooms are equipped with kitchenette area, slippers, robes, iron and toiletries such as hand wash, shampoo and conditioner plus complimentary water bottles. The rooms have a modern finish. Pools - there are 4 pools with one being indoor. The hydro pool is great with jets and jacuzzi. All the pools areas have a waiter service so you don’t have to move to grab your drinks. The drinks are strong with premium spirits. The hotel areas were also very clean. The poolside had lovely cushioned sun beds and free towels provided. These weren’t overly busy either and always managed to grab one! The staff and hospitality is 5* - the manager Sergio and Maria were very accommodating and friendly. For all the staff, nothing was too much! The hospitality is 10/10. Spa - We had treatments (scrub and massage) during our stay and these were lovely!! All the spa staff (Christina, Elisabeth and Maria) were very nice. The sauna is small but this was also great! Food - the food is very good! Especially the Asian night. The hotel has one restaurant for all meals but it doesn’t disappoint. The restaurant staff were very accommodating - we didn’t want to sit near the AC units and they always gave us a table away from this. The had different foods each night and it was all really good. Area - it’s residential and quiet but it is about 10 minute walk to the harbour where it is more lively. There is a free shuttle provided by the hotel that can take you down to the harbour and local mall - Kings avenue. The mall is also a 10 minute walk. There are stray cats around - I think this for the whole of Cyprus rather than a hotel issue. The hotel itself is very quiet but we loved this! Entertainment - on some nights they had live singers, guitarist which is great! I do think the hotel would benefit with more evening entertainment. The hotel pays attention to small details. On arrival we were offered drinks and chocolate and when we left, we were given luggage tags. They gave us lunch packs when we left just in case we got hungry before our flight! Overall would recommend staying here!

We have just returned from a truly magnificent stay at the King Jason, the staff work tirelessly to please everyone. From the General Manager Thomas, Maria at the reception desk and all the staff we thank you for making our holiday stay with you so special and memorable. We would like to express our special thanks to the following members of staff for the personal touches which made our stay unforgettable. Thomas the general manager for our lovely surprise of Rose Champagne and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary, and for always asking us if everything was ok. To Thomas & Maria who were our waiters at all our dining experiences, they are on a two month work experience from Greece and were two of the nicest people you could wish to meet, we would love to wish them both all the best for there upcoming wedding and wish them all the best for a lovely future together. To Rana the waiter who was an absolute work horse, keeping everyone’s drink orders constantly arriving, no matter how busy, Rana’s smile and personality never disappeared. And finally to Silvio the Restaurant Manager, wow where do we start, this man is without doubt the most professional of any restaurant managers we have come across, the sincere greeting he gave at every meal made us feel so welcome we couldn’t wait for our meal times. Nothing was to much trouble for Silvio he even got us a map and pencilled out a nice walk for us, you my friend are a credit to your employers, and one of the reasons we will be returning to the King Jason Paphos very soon. If anyone is thinking of booking a holiday here don’t hesitate just book it, you will not be disappointed

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome by the lovely Maria. She was so helpful & always happy. Welcomed with a glass of Prosecco whilst we filled in our details. We Changed our room to 51 as I preferred a bath to a walk in shower. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are big & spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable. Drinks are of a high standard and the food is of a very high quality with plenty of choice ( I personally would have liked to have had more Greek food but that’s a personal choice as I don’t like Asian & Mexican food so we chose to eat out at local restaurants on these evenings) The lovely chef Panikos did make my favourite kioeftides for me !! The pool area is lovely with nice sun loungers and the hydro pool is fab. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff as they make this hotel but especially to Maria on reception, Thomas & Sergio. The lovely Silvio in the restaurant along with the head waiter Mpampis. Also to the lovely Charalambous who brought us drinks around the pool. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be returning next year. Thank you. Jackie. (Yakovena)
