We stayed here for a week in June with my wife, our 5 month old son, and our parents. Alexandros at reception was very helpful. We wanted to thank Ciccio who ran the Entertainment Team. He was full of life, fun and very helpful. His sessions were always very fun! We also wanted to say thanks to the kitchen staff (Nikolas, Stelaios, Bijesh and the rest of the team) for accommodating our specific dietary requirements. We had someone who was allergic to onion/garlic and the whole kitchen team were fantastic! All of the pool bar stuff were lovely too, great service. Alex, Anna and many others! The lady who runs the nursery is lovely too, you can tell she really cares about the wellbeing, enjoyment and happiness of the children.
Could not fault anything about the hotel or staff. Even the food, which I usually find is awful, was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with a Jacuzzi on the balcony. Cleaned and fresh towels every day
Stayed here for a week on an all inclusive basis at the end of October. This was my 4th visit to Cyprus in the last 12 months and have to say that October is the nicest time to visit. Being the middle of the school holidays the hotel was quietening off, never had an issue with getting a sun bed. A credit to this hotel is the staff, they really could not do enough for you and always with a smile on their face. We paid for a superior room with a hot tub on the balcony- perfect location as the sun was on the balcony all day. The sunsets from the hot tub with a mimosa in hand - perfect. Food choice was good, and the Asian restaurant was lovely. The drink choice too on the all inclusive is one of the best experienced recently. Location is also lovely if you want peace and quiet, we normally like to walk to the harbour but it’s easily accessible via the bus or use George’s taxi - extremely helpful!…
We had booked this place to have a rest after a very busy year, got a fantastic deal with voyage prive and had high expectations for this 5 star resort according to pictures. But it was not a five star, I am very surprised to see their many awards, the restaurant looked like a cheap and old cantina, food was not up to standard, rooms and especially the bathrooms were not a 5 star either. We got a room that we complained about and got upgraded to 442. The sum of this experience is the staff at the hotel that were just wonderful, most of all Ioanna at guest relations. She was actively asking if the guests were happy and was doing her utter most to make the guests satisfied. We felt taken cared of and were given good customer service. So a 10 to the staff and garden but below 5 for the food and the overall standard of the place ( food for thought for the management)…
My husband and I visited Azia resort and spa at the beginning of November for 11 nights. We arrived the day the baggage handlers went on strike and had no luggage for over 48hrs. My husband had a medical requirement, we contacted the hotel reception staff, they were very helpful particularly Alex who went above and beyond his duty to rectify our urgent requirement. Joanna too was a excellent help. At all times the reception staff were smiley/professional and a pleasure to deal with. All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly. Management were always keen to chat to you to make sure your expectations of your hotel experience were met. It was a quiet time at the hotel, very relaxing, lovely grounds and accommodation. Very good size pool, very cold to swim in in November, adult only pool too. Good variety of food at the buffet, warm enough to have breakfast outside ,very cool in the evenings. Smaller restaurants closed in the evening due to weather. Very good local bus service, 1 euro 50 per trip or 5euros for a day ticket. Hotel closing around 21st November for the season. A lovely winter sun break. We will be back.…

We have just returned from another superb week at the Azia, staying for 1 week mid November on an All Inclusive basis. We have come to love this hotel for so many reasons and it lived up to all our expectations once again. We arrived late afternoon to extremely helpful and happy reception staff who very quickly and efficiently checked us in. (Sorry I forget their names, 2 tall men). We had superior sea view jacuzzi rooms which were spotless and provided a wonderful setting to watch the superb sunsets each night. One very small note from last time of not enough hanging space has been rectified and more than ample now in the wardrobe. The pool and garden areas are so clean and well kept, the gardeners and maintenance staff work tirelessly to ensure they always look amazing. The Cava bar provides a lovely relaxing area to enjoy a beautiful cocktail with music and great staff. Plamen around the pool was once again his attentive self and looked after us so well, he got to know our drinks and room numbers without asking. The restaurants were again superb. The food in the buffet is amazing, so much choice with a variety of theme nights. We had no problem getting reservations at the a la carte french flambé and Mexican restaurants which also had great food. Thanks goes to all the chefs! The one thing that makes this hotel is the staff. We didn’t meet one member of staff that wasn’t happy or willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. There isn’t enough room to name them all but those outstanding to us are Phillippos the F&B manager who is outstanding at his job. He is there to be seen, interacts with all guests and will accommodate anything if he can! Nino the restaurant manager is also such a credit to the hotel. She is welcoming and looks after every guest like they’re her best friend. Lastly to Ioanna who is there daily to ensure there are no issues and will also do anything she can to make the stay magical. One request of the hotel, keep hold of your staff who make everything superb! Thanks again Azia!…
We stayed at the Azia at the end of Oct/early Nov for 10 nights, All Inclusive Adults Only Premium Junior suite. We chose this hotel as they offer a choice of a la carte restaurants. We tried and loved them all especially Oku. The thing that puts this hotel above others is the staff. We spent our days around the main pool and special thanks to Plamen who works so hard and looked after us all day every day even bringing us drinks when we moved to the sea front for the sunset. Thanks to Pavlos for our chats and always checking if we needed anything even if we were not at ‘his pool’ and keeping us topped up when he moved over to the main pool at the end of our stay! Thanks to Nino and her team at Katoi, always smiling, she really looks after the guests. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Thanks to Antonios, Olena and Tony in the a la carte restaurants. Maria looked after us in the Cava Bar, always on hand to help us choose a new cocktail. Special thanks to Phillipos the F&B Manager, so professional always on hand to resolve any issues, and he helped to make our holiday extra special. Ioanna in Guest Relations is a wonderful lady and so helpful. As we were celebrating a special occasion she arranged for a bottle of fizz in our room and cake at Oku which was such a lovely surprise and thanks to Helena on reception who was very helpful when we arrived. Ioannis the Operations Manager also checked that we were looked after. We loved this place and are planning to return next year.…
My wife an me visited this hotel for one week mid of November. From the first to the last day, we had a great time. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, the food was rich in variety and our room super clean and tidy. The biggest plus - in our eyes - was the great location with a wonderful view over the sea and stunning sunsets at the evening. Thank you dear team from Azia Resort & Spa for the great holiday experience.
We have just returned from staying at Azia Hotel in Paphos. We have had a fantastic time and would 100% recommend. The staff go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Special shout out to Nino & Irena. The evening we arrived there was a gentleman who took our bags to our rooms and upon arrival we had fruit & a bottle of wine in our room which was a nice touch. The food was absolutely fantastic, I liked the fact that there was a board telling you the theme of the food as usually for an all inclusive you do not know until you turn up. The Mexican night was a particular favourite where they have fajitas, spicy rice, wedges, chilli, tacos, enchiladas, onion rings & churros. Every part of it tasted fresh and tasty! We throughly enjoyed the breakfast too as there was a wide variety such as a full English, continental, yoghurt & fruit, cereal. The pancakes were a personal favourite. I was extremely pleased they had HP brown sauce also! The hotel was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyday we was provided with water & orange juice in our mini fridge and chocolate on our pillows! We celebrated our honeymoon here and they kindly left us champagne and a card which was a lovely gesture. The pool area is lovely and overlooks the sea, we enjoyed sunbathing here and the pool waitors bring round our drinks. Thank you to Pavos & Palmen, they remembered our drink orders and bought them over to us regularly. The indoor pool was heated and they allow floats which was perfect for our little baby. We went to the Spa whilst holidaying and we got a massage from Greta, absolutely fantastic and we felt very relaxed after. The hotel is only a short bus ride away from the mall or the harbour. For those travelling with babies the hotel provides a steriliser & microwave in the main restaurant which is extremely handy. There are a variety of restaurants on site we sadly only tried 1 of them (the coconut tree - mexican/american) the food was excellent. We had burgers and churros. There is a computer screen with all handy information on around the hotel which enables you to book the restaurants but please note that you are only able to book for the week you are in and on the Sunday it refreshes to the next week, my only complaint would be if this was explained to us on arrival as we didn't know why we couldn't get reservations. There are cats around the hotel and as an animal lover it is nice to know that the staff take care & feed them. Overall we had a fantastic stay, we felt that all the staff attended to our needs and would definitely return. Thank you to the whole team in Azia for making our honeymoon one to remember.…
