As everyone has said it really is the staff who make this place what it is, they all work so hard and are very friendly. Special mention to the pool bar staff for keeping our cocktails flowing! The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and has a real calming ambience. The rooms are spacious, we opted for a room with a private jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the sea and pool I would definitely recommend this! The sunset views from the gardens and pool area of the hotel are amazing. The food is excellent and has a wide variety each day which isn’t always the case with all inclusive. The Italian restaurant was lovely, sadly the Asian we couldn’t get booked into despite trying each day. The only downside and reason I couldn’t rate 5 stars is the lack of entertainment and not all of the restaurants being open. It’s apparent the pandemic has had a big impact and due to this only 1 person is responsible for all day/night activities, poor for a 5* rated hotel. Luckily Paphos is easily accessible via bus with a stop right outside the hotel if you want a bit more going on. All in all if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with very tentative staff I would highly recommend! We would return in the future.

Thank you to everyone at the hotel for looking after me and my friend during our two week stay at Azia. We had such a great time and would love to come back again! What we loved the most were the friendly people who worked at the hotel and made our stay so enjoyable. I tried to remember as many names of the staff as I could, but am sorry to those who I missed! (Also sorry if I have spelt any names wrong too..) Thank you to: Nino, Aris, Lalita, Alex, Gregory, Alexandra, Plaven, Rosie, Edita, Vagelis, Joanna, Melanie, Irina, Irene, Klaudija, Joya, Anna, Lili, Ioanna, Magda, Elena, Krisztina, Ivan, Antonis, Gregoris, Dimitrina, Dimitrius. Also, thank you to the ladies in the spa who gave us new towels and booked us the tennis court/gym every day, the chefs who made such great food and the cocktail makers in the Cava bar who made us drinks most nights! Aside from the team, there was a wide selection of food available each day, with each night having a different theme. In my experience of all inclusive hotels, this was one of the better qualities of food I have experienced. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The one bit of feedback I'd give is that we paid extra for a premium room but didn't feel this was really worthwhile, especially when the premium lounge was pretty much closed due to covid. Next time, I'd just book a standard room. The swimming pool area is spacious and clean, with a great garden area overlooking the sea at the back. There is a swim up pool bar and the team do an amazing job looking after all the guests. With regards to location, it is about 15 minutes from the main city centre which is around 1.5 euros on the bus or 12 euros by private taxi. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, spotless and just a friendly and comfortable place to be. It feels high quality without having a 'stuffy' vibe, and there was a friendly and fun atmosphere around the pool, restaurant and bar areas each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others heading to Paphos!

We expected the hotel would not be quite the same as last time we went but they are doing on the whole all they can. The staff are 5 star without doubt special mention to the polish housekeeper who was a delight and worked so hard. Our main problem for downgrading this hotel is the food. Every meal was at best only Luke warm. We had booked all inclusive so we did not have to go out and mix due to covid. Food was the most important item for us and it certainly did not meet standards . I found this difficult to understand after reading many reviews. Room was nice but basic, beautiful views and comfortable bed but not 5 star luxury. Decor inside ok plain but clean. Bathroom once again basic and no separate shower. Door in to room from outside was a mess with all chipped paint.and tarnished green handles. I would have thought due to the low numbers with covid they could have used this time to upgrade rooms. It is difficult to write a review that as far as I am concerned is factual ,without it sounded negative. We still enjoyed our stay and had a nice time with the exception of the cold food.

We booked this hotel as part of a package deal through BA.com Very nice clean hotel, lovely place. All the staff were wonderful and ever so helpful, and went out of their way to assist with any request. Nothing was too much for them. The bedroom was clean, good size, mountain view room but the view was still good. Cleaned every day with new towels and toiletries and working air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean with all the toiletries supplied. The food selection was good, even for vegetarians. The selection of restaurants was limited due to COVID but otherwise they have a good variety. Fresh and warm food every day, replenished buffets all the time. Something for every requirement. There was a good selection of drinks. We went all inclusive. The bar staff in the restaurants, poolside, evenings and lunchtime was really helpful. Lots of selection of cocktails. The swimming pool temperature was just right. Plenty of loungers and towels. The pool area was kept clean. Pool side bar waiters were frequent and attentive. The Gym was clean, and lots of equipment. We had booked slots which allowed us to have private time. The Spa was wonderful and clean. The masseurs were very good and we had wonderful massages. There was spa relaxing music whilst we had our massages. The check in was smooth and simple. We did COVID-19 return tests on site at the hotel, which was easy to do. Prior to travel, we were in communication with Ionna who was very helpful and booked our spa massages for us and gym slots. We met Ionna at the hotel and she was welcoming and friendly, and checked in daily with all her guests. As we had a late evening departure flight. The Hotel assisted with late check-out, and allowed us to continue using the facilities, as well as access to food and drink as part of our all-inclusive package. We had to pay a small extra for a late checkout but it was worth it. We would go stay there again.

We had a good stay at Azia, at first we had a number of issues with our room and with service but Ioanna the guest manager took a lot of care to resolve these which was greatly appreciated. The two pools (main and adults only) are brilliant and not too crowded. Some of the rooms have lovely views. The food was very average, which I was surprised about as many reviews here talk about how good the food is. I definitely would not call it 5* quality food. Even though we were half board we opted not to take lunch or dinner in the restaurant occasionally. Every breakfast was exactly the same each day, and wasn’t particularly interesting or tasty.
