This hotel…. This hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s so rare that I come across hotels that I thoroughly enjoy. Where do I start… Marcel. An absolute asset to the team. I have never in my life played such fun games of water polo and volleyball. The intensity… the laughter… it’s just such a joy. In fact, the whole entertainment team were great. They never let anything go amiss and will never leave anyone out when organising games. All of the staff in this hotel were great, the receptionists, the maids, the porter, barman, waiters, the list is endless. Even when you have never met them before they will always ask how you are and strike conversation with you. We met the general manager, Albert? during a cocktail making event and came across him several times and you can see he really cares about his staff and the hotel. This is always lovely to see. It definitely sets the scene for the type of experience you are to get We were half board and thought breakfast and lunch in particular were great. Wide variety and choice. Dinner.. not so much but again, we were half board so it didn’t effect us so much. I just thought the choice during dinner weren’t so great. The rooms are lovely, I love the glass in the bathroom leading to the bedroom! Air con is great and the rooms are very spacious. I’m not sure if other hotels do this, I am yet to come across another, but instead of late checkout, the hotel offer a complimentary hotel room for 30 mins for you to wash if your flight isn’t until the evening. Meaning you are able to lounge by the pool all day and then wash before your flight. I love this! The only feedback I would suggest, is that I don’t think there’s enough choice in terms of sweet treats. Waffles and pancakes are served for breakfast, I really think they would do well serving it during the day in a little hut, with optional ice cream, even at an extra cost. You may think this is a kids attraction, which may not be the theme you are going for. But so many adults love a cheeky ice cream/waffle during the day/early evening. I would also suggest maybe a water fountain/dispenser for the guests. I know that’s how you make your money from guests, but I’m sure the sale of cocktails/fizzy drinks is enough, do you really need to profit off of water? I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. As mentioned above, It’s honestly so rare that I enjoy multiple aspects of a hotel. But there really is something special about this one.

This is my 4th trip to this beautiful hotel and it never fails to deliver on each occasion. Firstly, I have to say a massive thank you to Natalie in the customer relations department who did everything in her powers to make sure me and my girlfriend were well looked after. Also, a great big thank you to the front desk Manager Elena, who was very professional and accommodating and made sure our expectations were more than exceeded. I have to give a huge shout out to the entertainment manger cicco, who is brilliant at his job, in-fact I'd go as far as to say he's easily one of the best I've encountered. I've deliberately left the last person I'd like to say thank you to because she is a very special lady and someone who has looked after me on four separate occasions. And this lovely lady is Nino, such a warm lovely professional woman. She is such a credit to the Azia for her brilliant customer care skills. I always look forward to come to this hotel and see this lovely lady. This is my girlfriend's first visit to the Azia and she was blown away by the staff who would go above and beyond to ensure they made you feel special, such as Daniella who would knock on our door every day and bring us chocolates. This hotel is brilliant and why I always return and leave such enthusiastic feedback. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and families, and even sole travellers. You will not be disappointed. it really is a hidden gem...

This is the most fabulous hotel, beautifully maintained, clean and friendly. The rooms are lovely, staff so helpful and approachable. Special mention to the pool bar guys who work so hard with a smile all day. Marcel and Chicco from the entertainment team, Deliza from Cava Bar, Nino from the buffet restaurant who all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Food is great, always something delicious from the Buffet Restaurant, the a la cart restaurants are amazing, this is a hotel we will definitely be returning to.

I've stayed 10 days in this beautiful hotel and will resume here my trip. All good points : - People who work there are all really kind and lovely, always smiling and give us a good service. - The hotel is well maintain by the gardeners. - The Food is very good, with a good variety, thanks to all cooks for their amazing job. - And last but not least, the animation team is really cool, lovely young people and alkways give a good energy to the hotel guest. Also, i would like to give a special thumbs up to Marcel, who made my stay on the hotel even better, Please manager congrats him for his wonderful job, always smiling and positive :) What can be better ? - Bedroom are quite nice, but bed and pillow could be a bit more soft. - Bath is also a bit small for tall people. - Evening shows are good but could improve for some of them. Thanks a lot for everything ! Gaëtan Godefroid, Room 109

Great place to relax! We got complete relaxation this weekend! Pleasant atmosphere, beautiful and well-groomed territory, comfortable room, which has everything you need, delicious food, and most importantly, very competent and ready to help staff. Our special thanks to the receptionist Joseph and the real magicians in their field Nino (Katoi) and Lena (OKU). We will definitely come back again :)

We travelled in mid May as a group of three adults. Can’t fault anything about the hotel or staff. Service was amazing. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The food is great, buffet all inclusive and also the a la carte. We were in the adults only room section and had use of the separate pool which was very relaxing. The grounds are well kept and great views of the sea from balcony. Would definitely return. :-)

A 5 star rating is correct for the food, service and beautiful gardens. Just an upgrade to the bathroom is required to improve a stay at the Azia and maybe a way to provide pool service drinks which enable them to be served cold i.e. the beer. Overall a very pleasant holiday.

I have just returned home from a week at this hotel where I stayed with my mother and five month old baby. Hotel was a good standard and has been nicely refurbished. The food for half board was good and plenty of variation. We would have liked a little more variation for breakfast with things such as granola, Bircher muesli and peanut butter. However we know we are not the norm! All the sunbeds around the pool are of a high standard and the pool facility is very clean. The gym remains quite dated so some improvements could be required there but it does have enough kit if you want to do a quick workout. We had a Seaview room which was very bright all day. So overall hotel good value but what makes this worth returning is the staff and management. Big thank you to Rodoula, Ionna and Jamie for outstanding customer service and attention to detail. They really went above and beyond to make the first trip abroad with my son one to remember. We would definitely return to this hotel because it gave us everything we needed.

The entertainer, Chicco was a force of energy and really enthusiastic. Room was lovely. Definitely bed time by 11.30 when the bar closes so depends on what you are looking for. Not a party hotel but peaceful and a totally beautiful setting. I would go again
