I spent here more then a month and have really enjoyed my stay. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with hardly any cars passing by and the main road far enough, so it is always quiet and peaceful. 2 minutes walking distance from the spacious beach, supermarket is also near. The rooms are spacious, clean and air conditioned, the water heated individually in every apartment. The kitchen is well equipped ( no microwave but everything else is there). Parking spaces are available for each room in the backyard, there is a nice common garden and individual patios. I highly recommend Eliofos Maisonettes and will be glad to return!

I spent 6 weeks here in October/November.It is a lovely peaceful place. The maisonette has everything you need , good internet and is very clean. An excellent location close to the beach and a walkable distance to Latchi, Polis and Podrami, for restaurants and shops. An important factor for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of Mr George and Mr P. I would definitely stay again.

Extremely clean and comfortable apartment in quiet area only yards from Polis public beach with many Lachi bars/restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Totally contactless so safe in this period. Very basic kitchen facilities ( could do with microwave) and nice outside terrace with table/chairs and garden

My boss arranged this mini break for my husband and I and had looked at the previous reviews and pictures. The gardens in particular led her to this choice given my love of floristry. The maisonette was spotlessly clean, easy to find and very quiet. The gardens were a delight and made me feel very at home given my love of roses and having left a beautiful rose garden back in the UK when we moved to Cyprus 18 months ago. Unfortunately, the on site restaurant wasn’t open but there were many other establishments in the near vicinity that were and serving excellent food. The nearby beach is lovely although you will need your own umbrella and sun bed (not sure if this is because of current circumstances). We will definitely return in the not too distant future.

Have been coming to this area for about 17 years, mostly staying in one particular villa in the hills above Latchi. We decided on a change this year for a suddenly available weeks holiday so we chose this place. What a good choice. The maisonette is perfectly located very near the beach and incredibly convenient for walking to Polis or Latchi. Accomodation is generous, and whilst some of the fittings were rather tired, everything was spotlessly clean. Air con available in living area and bedroom, and everything worked. Yard showers available outside handy for rinsing stuff off at the end of the day. Whole place surrounded by lovely little gardens with a nice little private area with patio table and chairs. Arrangements for our very late arrival were easy to make and the whole place and keys were ready when we arrived near 11 pm. Plenty of parking right outside. Our contact there "Mr George" was very helpful and arranged for us to leave the apartment a few hours later than normal as we had a very late flight out. A nice touch, much appreciated. All in all a great little place to stay, and excellent value too. Ticks all the boxes and would certainly stay here again.…

I am an experienced traveler and at Cyprus since 2011, I visit several times a year. I stayed in Pafos and in the Polic of friends. But when I saw Latchi, I'm not looking for any more places to stay. Rented bungalows and on the first line and apartments and hotel. But when I got to ELIOFOS, I realized that he was in the garden of Edem. In the morning you wake up to the singing of birds, the scent of roses and oranges.The rooms have their own garden of roses, or overlook the orange garden. Peace and quiet. To the sea 3-5 minutes of pawns on the beautiful paths in the flowering trees. To the right of ELIOFOS ancient eucalyptus forest, opposite the promenade, which is good in the morning to run, and in the evening in the light of lanterns to listen to the sea. Opposite the apartments is the best sea in Latchi as well as all over Cyprus. This is confirmed by the local Cypriots, who come here for the weekend. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, have beautiful panoramic windows, a cozy bedroom on the second floor. There is a very homely atmosphere. The owner ELIOFOS Mr. Panayotis is very friendly and polite gentleman, always come to the rescue for all questions, will drive to the nearest store or show beautiful places near new guests, so they soon settled in a new place. His russian-speaking employee Elmira always greets all guests with a smile and helps them with all household issues. I have already returned to this paradise beautiful place in roses 6 times and can recommend it to anyone who appreciates the perfect value for money, quiet, relaxing holiday by the beautiful desert sea.…

Have been visiting here for the last 8 years. Eliofos is ideally located for walking to either Polis or Latchi which both have good shops and restaurants. Also further afield within 30minutes to 2 hours drive you have Paphos, Nicosia, Trudos Mountains Larnarka and Limissol. The accommodation would suit all ages. It is clean, comfortable, set in well maintained gardens. The accommodation has all you would expect to allow self catering or restaurant dining. For those who like water sports there is an excellent 5 star PADI dive centre (where I train) as well as yacht and boat hire in Latchi. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There are laundry and wifi facilities. The staff and management are welcoming and friendly always willing to help out. Whilst located in a quite area (which we like) for those wishing a more lively atmosphere you have Latchi, Polis and Paphos nearby. The area round the accommodation is kept clean and tidy as is the surrounding area. Excellent value for money.…

We stayed at Eliofos in June 2018 for 1 month. It is located approximately 35 mins from Paphos airport, good quality transfer was arranged by hotel. The territory is nice, clean and green, there are also many flowers. Very useful thing are yard-showers where you can clean after the sea, before going to the apartments. Rooms are clean, in a very decent shape, kitchen is fully equipped, apartments are air-conditioned (the cost is included), free good-speed wifi, free public laundry. Very kind and supportive hotel management. The most outstanding thing is a path to the sea beach - very green and blossoming, the hotel is just 100 meters to the sea. The sand beach is very clean and not crowded. The hotel is in 15 minutes walk to Latchi city center with many cozy restaurants, promenade and marina. …
