This is an incredible hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed here (our second visit) for 10 days in the midst of the pandemic and the Anassa was an oasis of calm and luxurious relaxation. They clearly take the Covid precautions very seriously, so their guests can relax in the knowledge that they are safe. From the moment you pull up at the front door you are superbly looked after by all the staff - from the initial welcome (there’s no standing in a queue at the reception desk here!), to the accommodation, to the restaurants and facilities, and to the swimming pool and beach the service is superb. The staff are all highly professional but friendly at the same time; and nothing is too much to ask. The pandemic/ precautions clearly puts increasing obstacles in the way of hotels but the Anassa handles them admirably and service/ enjoyment certainly does not suffer at all. Special mention has to be made of: Maria at reception for a superb welcome which continued throughout our holiday; Andreas (younger) in Amphora for unfailing service at every meal (we truly could not have been better looked after); Dora for a very special “front of house” service at the restaurants from this professional but caring lady; and Andreas (older) for his expert guidance on food, wine and places to visit. Cyprus has a lot to offer in October, with the slightly cooler temperatures and the stunning landscape and there is no better place to enjoy it from than the Anassa. The rooms are fantastic and the views superb. The hotel manager, Sebastian Wurst, runs a fantastic operation here - both discrete but clearly very hands-on - and should be proud of what he achieves. His approachable and responsive attitude makes all the difference and again sets the Anassa apart. This truly is a 5-star hotel in every way. We look forward to returning!…

My wife and I came here for a five day break from the whole pandemic thing. It was fantastic. Cyprus is super safe, the hotel is amazing and very thoughtful. The food in all three restaurants is outstanding. But best of all is the very very cheerful, consistent and attentive service everywhere. Did I mention the breakfast? I swam 50 lengths every morning so as to fully prepare for it! We will be back for sure.

Absolutely brilliant hotel in a top location in the North-Western part of the island, beautifully designed and landscaped, spacy rooms, great food (particularly the breakfast buffet but we were also very impressed with the restaurants Basiliko and Helios), relaxed and cozy atmosphere, the most friendly and service-minded staff, and spotless cleaning all over. All in all a 5* recommendation to this 5* hotel. Thank you! We will surely come back.
