Stayed for a couple of nights in December, during low season. We were well looked after by the staff, and the room was clean and well appointed. Stayed on a half-board basis (recommended, as there are few restaurants nearby, unless you want to drive). Breakfast was excellent, a good selection of buffet foods, but also with a chef to cook...

My husband and I returned from a two night break at this hotel. We booked a Grand Palm suite on half board basis. On arrival we checked into our room and were pleased with with what we saw. However, despite the spotlessly clean appearance of the room there was a very strong lingering smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupants....

A lovely hotel right next to the sea, beaches are lovely and you get to have a proper view of the no man's land right next to it. Coffees and cocktails are excellent, our room was half-board so dinner and breakfast was provided by the hotel, it was pretty decent. The hotel staffs are nice, they go an extra mile...

Good comfortable smart hotel with excellent food with a vast choice. The beach is perfect and the sea offers sand and a rocky areas for snorkelling to see shoals of fish. This is the only hotel left in open to the public in the part of Famagusta which adjoins the "closed" sandy beach and town of Varosha-Famagusta. So, there are no...

My wife and I visited this hotel in 18-28 September 2016. It has a lovely clear blue water beach, the food is very nice, especially the breakfast. The concierge guy is very helpful and friendly. Overall, I would say the hotel is more like the low end of 4* than 5. Unfortunately, we had a few bad experiences which spoiled...

My wife and I just spent the one night here....would only stay at this hotel in Famagusta when we return! 4* plus in my opinion. Great staff, rooms, bar and self service restaurant. Fair prices and you cannot beat the positioning! The rooms whilst not huge were in excellent condition and clean. The bathroom was very modern and the shower...

Absolutely fantastic. Five star hotel. Value for money, helpful staff, great food. Entertainment was wonderful. And the food was exceptional. We live in the TRNC (FOR 8 YEARS) and have stayed in a few hotels but this has been our best encounter. We have been here in the summer but only for the day which has also been great. Thank...

Just spent two nights there. Took up their excellent value Christmas package. Hotel was beautifully decorated and luxurious. Very happy to be upgraded to a sea view suite, food was fabulous and all events went off without a hitch. Drinks are very reasonably priced for such an upmarket hotel. I cannot imagine how they can provide such A1 service and...
