The receptionist lady was the rudest person in my life. Story begins with an abounded reception, okay that’s not a problem; we walked to the bar and found her out there, she came to check us in, saying like do you even have a reservation here? Please it was a long way to get here, give me just a little smile. Afterwards i told her we are here for our honey and maybe she could give us a room and she just showed me the keys at the wall and said ‘no room’ okay understandable maybe you don’t have any better room, from reception to get to our room it takes about 5 minutes walk and without a help it was impossible to find our room at first, on our half way she said ‘reception empty’ and refused to show the room. After resisting she walked us to our room and she was almost going open to the with a kick (because she was angry to walk us that long way). The room was average. You can understand the hotel’s image from the direction in the room. It’s like a military zone. The only reason i give this hotel 2 points is the lovely waiter, housekeeping and technician staff. Even though they work for many hours, they can put a smile on their face.

After booking online through an agent, I phoned the hotel and spoke to Ersin(manager)- He was not polite atall, poasibly has an attitude issue with his talking and was not able to confirm my booking because he didnt like that I did not book directly from himself-he questionned me to reason with attitude as to why i booked online. Next we arrived at hotel to find the reception guy sleeping on sofa which I had to wake up. Next we walked into room to.find the toilet broken of of place, sink rusty, no aircon control to keep low running costs. The door of the balcony would not lock, the electric card key for the room goes into a broken rusty card slot -this whole experience was appauling and explains why you can count the number of people staying in this hotel. We had breakfast included but left as soon as we woke up -couldnt risk food posioning here-there is no management managing this place .

We stopped off here for a quick bite to eat, however, the drama that unfolded here is like something out of a carry on film! Over half an hour after ordering, we didn't even have our drinks. As you can imagine, July, in Cyprus, we were all very hot and thirsty. I dared to enquire on the ETA of our beverages, and was told to wait, as they dont want to make more than one trip, so they may aswell bring the food and drink together. You know that feeling you get that too often ignore? And later you shake your head and think, "why did I not just get out of there" Well, an hour later, some of the food arrived.🥳 Most, was not edible. I politely requested the bill for only what we could eat, and our warm drinks. Reasonable I believe, while, below the surface of my forced, fake smile, a storm of catastrophic proportions is brewing. Well, the owner came out with a bill for everything, (including the food that never arrived) and threatened to have us all, (my 3 children, their grandfather, my wife and I) "taken care of" Well, I calmly sent the family to the car and I may have embarrassed myself with my Irish temper, and a few cringy "you have no idea who your 🎼😡🤓🤔😡 with" comments. I left what I thought was reasonable, told him where I was staying, so he could send his boys round. I dusted off my feet on the way out, and will never return. I did get a little standing ovation, indicating a general agreement with my fellow travelers.

We arrived and although we had paid there was no booking and the reception staff were not troubled by this. We booked a pool room I got a room opposite the opposite so it’s not as described. The room looked sort of clean but stank of urine/ammonia. Things were broken in the room and around the hotel. People were set eating around the steps of the hotel and the bar was only open a few hours a day so the aic was hardly available. This very much a budget hotel and the pictures do not match the actual look and feel of the hotel. It took us 20 minutes to decide not to stay there. Only use this as a cheap basic option. Food I couldn’t comment on as we didn’t stay long enough to find out thank God I will not be returning at all
