«+» Updated modern stylish hotel. Nice location right next to the Luxembourg main train station. Reasonable rate (I paid $90 per night for my Superior Double Room). My room was big enough and designed nicely. Very big window, a lot of daylight in my room. Very comfortable bed. Super nicely designed bathroom. Big modern all-glass sided shower stall. Very high quality bathroom amenities. New strong hairdryer. Super fast Wi-Fi. «-» A little unfriendly front desk staff. I did not get a sweet attitude from anybody from the front desk. Small TV. Electric plug situation in my room could be better.
Conveniently located just across the road from the central railway station but with a relatively budget price for Luxembourg City. I don't remember booking a large room with its own kitchen but that it what I was greeted by which was great, it's always nice to be able to put a few groceries and drinks in the refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The en suite is up to the usual standard for me. Not much of a view from the window but that is to be expected from a city centre hotel. The receptionist was always friendly and helpful.
A clean hotel, with a comfortable bed, actual AC as advertised, good shower pressure and controllable temperature. We even had a little balcony. Steps away from the train station and city transportation. Free in Luxembourg! The shower is… an interesting choice because it is open to the room except for frosted glass with no curtain or anyway to obscure the view? Outdated “trendy/modern” decor, but who cares? This place covers the necessities very well.
Location of the hotel is excellent. Near to the train station and tram. You can get with the tram to the center of Luxembourg in 10 minutes and the public transport is for free in whole Luxembourg (not only city but state). In the night the location can be little bit strange. The hotel is good for a short stay only and for longer stays I’ll maybe not recommend it. The room is not big not small, it’s average size. Our room didn't have wardrobe to store all our clothes, but we've been there for a weekend stay so it was not a problem. The bathroom as in reviews mentioned before is more in design as in practical. Shower door is opening not into shower but into the bathroom and the floor is then all wet. Also, the sink can be changed to some more practical, so you don't have water all around you except sink. Room is equiped with air condition which we've never used. Rooms and hotel are made in modern design style but not very much practical one. The beds very although quite comfortable. Noise from the street didn’t bother us very much. Noise from the planes didn’t bother us, as in the night there was no plane flying by. We didn’t have breakfast option so can’t rate it. I will visit this hotel again even when not on budget visit. I can recommend the hotel for short stay or weekend holiday.…
The planes did not stop until 23.00-23.30 and the windows did not keep out the sound. A/C Rattled The worst thing of all was being woken up at 07:00 but the construction works next door and more than one piece of pneumatic drilling equipment being used this early in the morning. The was no mention of this when I had booked or checked in. I called reception and spoke to the receptionist, and he advised that he would speak to the manager. when I checked out 5 hours later, he advised that he had not contacted him and advised I had to pay in full. (Not that I asked for a refund) He gave me the managers email address and advised me to contact him directly. this I did twice and neither time did he respond. Dark Hair in shower. Lots of cigarette but on the flat room outside of window.…
The hotel is just 3 minutes walk across the Central Train Station, which is a bonus. It is only 15 minutes walk to the main touristry area of Luxembourg. The hotel itself is nice with mostly amenities available in the room and it is modern. It is perfect for a SOLO or COUPLE traveller, unfortunately not for friends. It is because of privacy issues, the bathroon/toilet is only divided by a CLEAR GLASS and the bed is small for 2 person. It is only 10-15 minutes away from the airport by bus transport. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, which is great. There is a restaurant attached where you can have a meal and breakfast for 12€. But if you want something light, there is a nice pastry/cofee shop just around the corner.
Small hotel right across the road from the main train station. Tram and bus terminals 50m. Good WiFi. Room safe. Bed and pillows reasonably comfortable. Plenty of powerpoints for charging. Water pressure in the shower was poor, but hot water was quick. Room was small, but it and the bathroom were clean. The TV is simply unworkable with mutiple remotes and no instructions. I have set these systems up as part of a previous business but this was something else. Gave up and went down to the excellent bar next door which also has breakfast for 12.50 Euro. No conditioner and the shampoo pump thing wasn't working, so bring your own of both. Bizarrely, the shower is in the bedroom and is completely glass enclosed. I was out most of the time in this beautiful city, so it all good for me. Overall it was an ok stay.…
The hotel room as clean and is very well located just a few steps away from the city's main central rail station. Great value for what you pay for and the staff was very helpful and willing to provide information about the city and how to get around.
This is a small hotel near the station in the center. The location is really great. It was clean and well managed. The only thing I do not like is a bathroom glass seamless wall. They also have breakfast for additional price.
The location was really good , the room was nice, clean and great shower , we had problem with the tv but the internet connection was really good so we didn't need the tv at all, the reception staff was ok
