We traveled on business. Perfect place to stay. Extremely clean. Dinner and breakfast are served in the room during Covid-19. Dinner was extremely satisfying, as was breakfast. The prices were completely affordable and it is worth paying extra for dinner. There is no private parking, but there is paid parking next to the hotel building, as well as free spaces upstairs. There are no thefts in Luxembourg.
Everything was perfect, we had a great room on the 8th floor with an amazing view. In the morning we had the most delicious breakfast delivered to our room, which was just delightful. The receptionists were always very helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. Highly recommended, will stay again for sure!
I had an absolutely terrible price/quality ratio experince. Sleep on poor and super hard beds, with unusable pillows was already difficult. Then, the covid breakfirst not absolutely not worthy of a 4 star, with cold coffee and food. Lastly, there was no soap in the shower (only shampoo). Very friendly staff though.
Was a very nice night ! The view was incredibly beautiful ! We were supposed to have a small room but they gave us a big one for the same price. Restaurant was closed because of COVID but we had a breakfast in the room thanks to the room service. Only problem was that the cleaning ladies kept on knocking on the door even if they knew we asked the receptionist to stay an hour extra...
Nothing to complain about . Everything was perfect from booking to reception, food , room service , breakfast. I had 50% off thank to a blackfriday deal. But the service was 100%. All necessary sanitary mesures were better than in any other hotel I’ve been since February
