The host and hostess at Eagle's Nest Bed and Breakfast were welcoming and accomodating, and they made us feel at home in their lovely house. The cooked to order breakfasts were really good, and the views walking along the country lane were stunning. This is a great location for viewing the Wild Atlantic Way in northern County Donegal.

Once we arrived to this quaint little cottage we knew we would love it. We were first greeted by the lovely dog alerting our arrival. Anne came out and welcomed us with a pot of tea and cake served to us on the side patio. She phoned a few places for us to help us find out what would be... More

I've been planning this visit for years...sending questions to Anne. She answered every single one. When I arrived, I meantioned that someone had told me to look for one of her relatives whom she knew would help me in finding my genealogical past. I mentioned this to Anne. Within 5 minutes she was on the phone with them, and within... More

This is a very special accommodation. Anne and Rainer have a beautiful wee house on a quiet road. They are so very chatty, warm and incredibly welcoming, that you feel instantly at home with them. It was the second time I stayed there with my family. Both times we stayed in their apartment. This is the cutest little cottage in... More

Situated in the perfect place in Donegal to see all the sites. Good walks from the house to take photos of the sunset. The owners are so friendly and helpfull. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The irish breakfast was great and there was a continental breakfast option as well (breakfast with a view of the bay). Really enjoyed our... More

We arrived late and the host still had a cup of tea, cake, a smile and a good chat for us! The room was great, the bed comfy and everything was clean and nice! In the morning we got a decent full Irish with everything from black pudding, smoked salmon and baked beans! We got a tour recommendation and we... More

This B&B was definitely one of the better places we stayed in our trip to Ireland, this November (Thanksgiving trip, 2015). The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was traditional Irish, in addition to an assortment of fresh meats and cheeses and juice. The setting is quite beautiful, you can tell the owners, Anna and Rainer have gone... More

The Eagle´s nest is a wonderful place to be. A warm welcome awaits you. If you want you can be part of the family. Although Eagle´s Nest is easy to reach and find, you will stay in a remote area with outstanding beauty. If you like Mundstuhl, Badesalz, Rodgau Monotones or even Adam und die Micky´s the Eagle´s Nest is... More

I've been to many B&Bs and this one is the best so far! It has that unique rustic atmosphere and it's romantic as well. Rooms look lovely and bathrooms too. I love all of those details the house if decorated with. The host is the nicest person in the world :) Breakfast was abundance with additional ham and cheese plate.... More

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Anna and Rainer made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and a great breakfast was provided. We were made to feel very welcome and it has stunning views. Would definitely book again when we return.
