Unlike Malta, public transportation in Gozo is much more reliable. In November, Marsalforn (and Gozo in general) are quiter than the summer months unless you're not going on the 1st till the 5th which is the mid-term holiday period for schools and loads of Maltese go to Gozo for the long weekend! You might also want to give the official Gozo website a look (visitgozo).
