Great view from our room’s balcony on the fascinating towers and the mountains surrounding Mestia. The guesthouse has very friendly staff serving excellent meals. The beautiful village is a great starting point for marvelous walks.

We stayed 4 nights (party of 4) at Bapsha Guesthouse, rented 2 Double rooms with balcony (and view) and we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice, welcoming and helpful staff (Guranda, Nino and Tamara thank you for making us feel at home). Clean rooms, great view, decorated with taste (rustic chalet type). Great breakfasts. Coble-stone streets, village setting, friendly dogs, cows all around, but most importantly....mountains everywhere! Beautiful setting with wild flowers blooming in May. 10-minute walk from old town area and nice pub/restaurant just down the street from Bapsha (5-min walk). A lots to see in Mestia (if you like photography, you will happy hear) particularly the old defensive towers (Korchi). We did visit one very close to Bapsha. And don't miss the chair-lift to Tetnuldi Restaurant (ski chalet). The view from up there is absolutely stunning! Bapsha was a great choice for us. We recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, simple, affordable and comfortable place to stay. We hired a chauffeur and comfortable van to drive us to/from Tbilisi to Mestia (9 to 10-hour drive).

We have just spent 3 nights in Mestia and Bapsha was a great choice for our accomodation. Lovely modern, spotless accomodation with good breakfast. Communication pre trip was great and they were able to arrange a fantastic driver Giorgi to pick us up in Zugdidi and also a trip to Ushguli. They also own a restaurant Lushno Qor which is well worth checking out. I was able to get some laundry done for 10 Gel, very much appreciated on a long trip Thanks to you all for a great stay and a special mention to Nino who was delightful. Highly recommended accomodation.

Nice, new, clean, modern room with great view of Mestia. The price is really affordable. Dinner tasted excellent and the portion was so big, we left before dessert was served. Breakfast was great and their homemade juice with honey was extremely tasty. Everyone works in the guesthouse was very nice. The only issue that we had was the wifi which the signal was weak or no signal at all but that was minor problem in such a remote area.

Modern, spotlessly clean, wonderfully managed, fabulous location, superb breakfast. - only superlatives for this place This is exactly what foreign tourists are looking for when they arrive to this part of the world. Unfortunately, the majority of the guesthouses charge almost the same price but have run-down facilities. We received a great room at a very reasonable price. If you manage to get a room - do not hesitate for a second.

What an amazing Guest House, simply the best in Mestia. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The manager Tina is exceptional, she made everything possible, except the weather, I will blame that on global warming... In any case she did a great job organizing our pick up from zugdidi train station and helped us arrange our excursions around Mestia she was always there to guide us. All the staff at this guest house are very helpful, perfect place for a family get away. Amazing views, peaceful, highly recommend it. We'll be back. Good luck Bapsha!! Keep up the good work.

Enjoyed 4 nights with the kids at this simple yet comforting guesthouse with a nice simple breakfast and a breath taking view. Staff was very helpful. The centre of town is only a few minutes a way. A perfect location if you are planning to disconnect during your vacation.

Very good located Gueasthouse in the part of Old Mestia. Top standard for a Gueasthouse. Every room is individual and has his own bathroom. Very nice view from balcony. The house has opened some weeks ago so they have to do little things but hey what is 100% perfect from the very beginning.
