Nice little b&b sausages & bacon amazing !! Rooms were nice & clean, good size and comfortable. Stuart works very hard to make you feel welcome , he goes above & beyond which was lovely , the tip & map informing about park & ride was invaluable! The microwave available for use was a lovely little touch , would have been nice to have access to some cutlery & maybe some plates but that’s just a little matter. There seemed to be a couple of small issues with the plumbing but once again just minor issues that didn’t distract from the visit. The main problem & the reason I didn’t give it 5* was the road noise , it’s in a easily accessible place just off the A2 but the constant drone of the traffic was noticeable especially if you like some air at night , the grounds are beautiful here but I’m not sure how enjoying them in the summer with the traffic noise is possible sadly. Having said all that I would return if I was in the area again thank you for a lovely stay

We stayed at Oakside Lodge in March. The accommodation was very clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent which lasted all day. There was a great taxi service which gave us freedom to visit the city of Canterbury.. Good lounge area to relax.

Very comfortable quiet rooms even though it is near a main road. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious albeit expensive. Good location too and was easy to get to the Canterbury park and ride. I would definitely recommend it if you are staying in Canterbury for a few nights.

Stayed here for the night and couldn't fault it at all, Stuart was an amazing host and couldn't do enough to make me and the other half feel at home. The lodge is so homely and the grounds are beautiful rooms were spotless and perfect for a short stay. Breakfast is a must as well the food was perfection and the spread put on would cater for all. Will definitely be coming back and letting other people know about this hidden gem!
