It was a perfect location for a day stop during our trip to West Fjords. Simple rooms but warm and cosy style just suited our purpose. Very good if you are not looking for high-end accommodation. Nice hosts. Local food can be found just around the corner.
I only stayed one night here in a room for only two people, but the room was great. The kitchen was fully equipped so we cooked the next day's food there. The place got hectic in the morning with many people sharing one bathroom on the top floor, but that was still fine. Overall a great stay!
Simple place to stay, but with good price/quality. Beds were fine, so was the kitchen. Only 1 toilet on the top floor was a little bit minimalistic, had to go down twice during the stay over a small staircase.
Cozy youth hostel catering for family. We had a room for 4 with family share. Stay was good but price seems very high to me for such hotel (same price as 4x hotel in Asia ) ! Breakfast included but choice is very very limited (sandwich or cake), no bread/butter, fruits.. ok for one night,
We were here for one night and stayed in the 12 person dorm, but the other party never showed up, so we had the entire room to ourselves! The dorm room was very clean and had provided sheets. A towel was an extra 500 kronur. We used the kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast, very well equipped and able to fit two cooking parties comfortably. The dining room was very large. The public bathrooms were clean as well with two toilet stalls and three shower stalls for both men and women. I never had to wait to use them, but mostly because we arrived late and had to go wake up early to catch the ferry to West fjord. But this hostel was right across from the ferry and ferry office, so very convenient stop! The hostel has a little coffee shop and cafe too, and the food looked delicious too!…
