Magnus and Hanna the hosts of Snorris are simply wonderful! We stayed at Snorris for a week in July and could not fault the place! Snorris was very clean and comfortable - a perfect base for exploring Reykjavik! The hosts were extremely help and accommodating! They went above and beyond for us during our stay, by storing our luggage for us, to moving us rooms and trying their best to keep everyone safe from COVID! If we ever return to Reykjavik which I'm sure we will, we will certainly return to Snorris!

We had a great stay at Snorri's, the accomodations was nice and the location was ideal. It was around a 10 minute walk into the centre of Reykjavik and using the electric scooter sharing services you can reach the furthest parts of the city within 5-10 mins. The onsite free parking was useful for the rental car. During our stay one of the other guests staying in Snorri's that shared our bathroom was exposed to COVID, the hosts allowed us to change rooms as a precaution despite having no obligation to do so. We received great service and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Can happily recommend Snorri's to anyone travelling to Reykjavik.

I had the pleasure of staying at Snorri's Guesthouse before and after my hike with GreenEdventures. It was comfortable, and homey; perfect to relax and plan for the hike ahead, and restful afterwards while planning for the trip back to the states. The courtyard had lovely flowers that were visible from the small breakfast room. Fresh baked bread, good coffee and delicious foods were prepared for breakfast...what a grand way to begin the day. Magnus was charming, accommodating and patient, as it took many days for me to correctly pronounce his name !!! Reykjavik is a wonderful city and Snorri's Guesthouse represents it nicely.

After we spent one month hiking and travelling through Iceland, we decided to take a semi-relaxing week in Reykjavik. By chance we found Snorri’s Guest house on the internet. It was the best home base to explore the Golden Circle and other attractions around Reykjavik. Magnus an Hannah, The owners, made us feel welcome and treated us like VIP’s. Their breakfast is plentiful and the best quality. Every morning there was something different added to the usual offerings. As we were staying a week, Magnus upgraded us to a spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. We had room service every day! We shared the bathroom with a couple of other rooms and never felt crowded. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are very clean and tidy all the time!! It was by far the best guesthouse we experienced in Iceland!!! I only wish I could return to this beautiful country sometime soon. I would stay at Snorri’s for sure!

I highly recommend Snorri's Guesthouse in Reykjavik! Free parking, central location, clean rooms, lovely owner, and delicious free breakfast. Although it's a guesthouse, it felt like a small private hotel. The owners are lovely and they provide an amazing breakfast. They will also help you navigate the city and will recommend places to visit. We had a great stay!
