22 Hill is about 15 minutes walk to where the restaurants and shops are. The distance didn't really matter as I always find it better to walk a little more whenever I'm in a new place. The rooms are good. Beds are comfortable. I just find the shower area too tiny. The toilet paper was nearly half the roll when...

I chose this hotel for ease of parking, used google maps to find it! Great location for us just outside Reykjavik, not possible to walk! Reception so welcoming and helpful in every way. Room was great, no view to speak of but Iceland makes up for that! Breakfast was fabulous and we ate at the restaurant for dinner which was...

Located one block off Laugavegur, it just a short walk down hill to the hustle and bustle. Parking is on street and whilst busy, we managed to park each time we went out. The hotel is a labrynith of corridors. The decor is modern and simple in most of the common areas and rooms. We said one night in a...

The staff were friendly and informative and I am planning to return on my next visit Iceland. Lauguar pools and hot pots (15mins from the hotel) are...

Fab hotel, 5 minute walk to start of the main shopping street. This was really good value and no further than some of the more pricey hotels. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but did the job. There is a tea/coffee machine in the corridor but it was not working most of the time. Our...

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ask for seaview room. Lovely view of Mountains and sea. Room was clean, bed very comfy and lovely pillows. Breakfast, self service....cereals, juices, fresh fruit, breads, boiled eggs and hams, salads, plenty of choice. Only 10 min walk to downtown, and 5 mins to waterfront.

This hotel has very comfortable beds. We were able to walk to the main part of town. The staff were very good. The breakfast was basic continental style but enough for us. We didn't have dinner but the menu looks reasonable. I would stay here again.

Me and the wife have just got back after spending 3 nights here. The hotel is in a great location just of the main road which runs right down to the town centre. It takes about 20 minutes and the walk in pretty flat. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and informative. We forgot travel plug adaptors and...
