Firstly, the manager was awesome! So helpful with check in and out! Our apartment had everything we needed our last 2 days in Iceland. We were close to the action, the shower, laundry, and kitchen were very good. The apartment was very clean, very cool. The parking in the garage was an added benefit. Very private, but not isolated. We highly recommend staying in here in the capital!

This apartment was our first stay in Iceland. When we landed I emailed the staff to see if we can check in earlier as it was 7AM and we really had nowhere to go due to my wife and daughter being sleepy from the flight. The staff responded quickly and told me they will try their best and then also told me another room would be available earlier if I wanted to switch to it. It was for a sea view room, I booked an ocean front view room (501). Anyways, I decided to just stay with 501 and my wife and daughter just slept in the car for a few hours. The staff contacted me immediately the room was available and we went to check in. The check in process was simple, if you are driving, go up to the room first to get the garage key before proceeding down that narrow ramp to the underground parking lot. The parking spaces are labeled with the room number on the wall. Anyways, proceed to the elevator and head to your floor. The apartment 501 "ocean front view" was barely any ocean view at all. To get a glimpse you have to go out to the balcony and hang yourself over to the side of the railing. Would have liked to get the view as promised, but we were tired and just took a nap. The apartment Itself was great. It was clean, spacious, comfortable. We had an issue with the bathroom light and after some exchanges over email the staff sent someone over, however I figured out that I had to hit the button with violent force for it to click and turn on/off. Overall, despite the view being nonexistent, I still enjoyed the stay and would recommend. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to visit in Reykjavik.

The apartment is located just outside the busiest tourist areas, but still within walking distance to everything. A few supermarkets within easy walking distance. One of the best seafood eateries, Sea Baron, right across the street. If you are staying with children, the burger joint next door has a great deal with family package that makes dining there a bargain. We took some bus tours, and the pickup is right across the street. We stayed in apt. 405, with a wonderful harbor view. The children enjoyed people watch and seagull watch, while we enjoyed the view of ocean and mountains. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked, and the bed was comfy. The manager, Dijia, was very attentive to our needs. We arrived very early in the morning on a red eye flight, but were allowed an early check-in so the entire family got some much needed rest. The only minor complaint was that, during our stay, there was construction going on upstairs in the penthouse apartment so there was noise during day time. Not a huge deal since we were out and about most of the time during the day except for a couple of afternoons when the kids needed a nap. But overall it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

OK, there is the road, but Icelandic people like to scream and shout during night time and the loud motorbikes you can hear in every corner. The apartments are very central and excellently equipped. It was a bit warm. Wi-Fi was excellent.

We stayed in apartment 404 for 4 nights- it was a great location between the harbor and other sites. Many grocery stories within walking distance- try skyr with cream and jam for breakfast! Don’t bother buying water (even after smelling the hot water)- the cold water comes from a different source (glacier) and tastes great! The view of the harbor was amazing!
