The staff are a little hit and miss, some so rude you won't believe, others make you feel like you are the only guest and cannot do enough. Food is good, hotel is clean but soulless. We booked a spa weekend... but the spa has been demolished, there are tickets for the local pool.... I guess they are trying.

Visited this hotel with my family in february 2017. The rooms and facilities are nice and staff is friendly. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast buffet. Other reviews on this site describes that the hotel needs modernization, which we cant recognize. Great view from the upper floors of the hotel. Only downside was that our room was close to the...

Stayed 4 nights. Room was clean, nice size. Staff was very helpful! The breakfast was excellent! Plenty of choices of food. Lobby was clean and good size. We didn't see the Northern lights due to the weather. Enjoyed out time there!

We stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect location. The room was clean and a good size and we had a sea view. Breakfast was fine not a great selection but we had something every morning. The staff were always lovely and keen to help with any advise. It is a 10 minute walk to the town...

We stayed 5 nights good points good location - nice 10 minute walk to main square and harbour. We were looking at the hilton and the grand and they were further out and you have to walk through office blocks Staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay! The breakfast was amazing - from 6am...

Stayed at the Radisson Blu Saga for a weekend in a Business class room with breakfast. Check-in was swift and easy and the staff is very polite and helpful. Although the hotel is slightly dated the rooms are clean and comfortable and they use the Radisson Blu one touch app on your Smartphone for ordering room service and other amenities...

Stayed here for five nights recently , when we tried to check in there was no record of our booking . Turns out that the hotel booked us for March not February. As the hotel was full all they could offer us was to quote " the last and worst room in the hotel " We were told that this...

It is a nice property and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, however, the other restaurants just so so. I think USD 32.00 for a Tom Collins is a bit much, I had Pepsi. Housekeeping could be a bit more detailed. E.g. Forgetting to fill the Kleenex box when empty, changing bedding etc. Overall I can...

We've just spent 3 nights here and have had a really good time. The breakfast particularly must be commented on- it is absolutely excellent. Huge choice lots of local and international food of a very high quality. Thank you. The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom serviceable rather than lovely. Good service at reception. All on all a successful...

The room was average, but the plumbing fixtures were in need of repair (faucets in both the sink and shower were difficult). The housekeeping was minimal and the maid had to be specifically requested to service the room on two of five days we were there. The service in the restaurant and bar was grudgingly offered and the prices were...
