This hotel has amazing views. If you are not afraid of a little walk, then you are able to walk to town to see the major sights. The restaurant was good. The travel agency assistants in the lobby were very helpful.

Booked through Expedia as a package. As we were traveling from the States our flight got in during the early morning hours. After reading past reviews I thought that an early check in may be an issue, but it wasn't. The desk staff got us right in with no issues. The front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. When...

We had to wait to get into a room. Luggage left in a downstairs room while we took a city tour, second day we had the biggest buffet ever! We had 2 twin beds... thinner than what we are used to. Rooms are smaller in Europe but had adequate. Everyone had a lot of heat thru Geo thermal everyone had...

Despite it being refurbished during our stay (which did not disterb us at all). I would definitely recommend this hotel. Lovely staff, very relaxed atmosphere, you could not ask for anymore from the breakfast buffet. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Never had to give a negative review before, always thought people were being a little picky, however, this hotel was a very poor standard for a Radisson. Hotel is very dated, floors 4 and 5 were undergoing a much needed refurbishment and we were placed on floor 4. Double bed with 2 single duvets?? duvet covers were not fitted and...

I stayed for one night before travelling back home. I was able to check in earlier at no extra cost. The hotel is dated and currently being refurbished but kept clean and comfortable. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a wonderful view of the city with the Hallgrimskirkja in view. The hotel is also opposite the national museum...

I booked hotel on-line for 3 nights. I get confirmation for 450,90 Eur for 3 nights, but hotel took from my account 472,36 Eur. I stay at the 6 floor. It was not good wi-fi connections, TV not working, hotel very old and not clean, was only very hot water. I decided to cancel 1 night and to choose other...

This property is positioned just on the edge of the main town area - it requires about a fifteen walk which is not too difficult to navigate. The staff are very helpful and friendly as most Icelandic people are. However it is an older property and is currently undergoing refurbishment in places so some rooms whilst very clean and tidy...
