Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was good and well organised, Our first night was a saturday which was very noisy as we were right in the town and didn't really bother us too much as we only stayed 3 nights, and the other 2 nights were not too bad and it was very handy...

Smashing hotel and probably the most central you can get amongst it. Receptionists are very very friendly and helpful should you have any trouble and call to assist with your pickups for the tours. Breakfast was great and again, staff very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the nightclubs go on until 4:30am and if you're lucky like us to...

Although the staff is kind, I have no idea why people aren't putting more weight against the level of noise that can be heard in this hotel in their reviews. Noise can be heard from the street on any night, but it's on an unbearable level on a Friday or Saturday night. There is loud bass and people laughing/yelling until...

Hotel is definitely in the city center, which has its positives and negatives. Everything is close by. Attractions, transportation, restaurants, shops. That being said, it brings up the noise level issue. Street noise, traffic noise, people enjoying themselves. Breakfast buffet is minimal but satisfying. Room is a typical European size. Very tight quarters. Laura checked us in and from then...

Hotel is located in a prime location - Downtown (Austurstæti St which turns into Laugavegur St) - restaurants, bars, clothing shops, post office, grocery, alcohol and tourist shops. However - we had no sleep for both Friday & Saturday nights due to the nightclub that is directly behind the hotel. Ear plugs and vodka didn't help - music thumping 9.30pm...

This hotel was situated right in heart of Reykjavik, close to bars, restaurants and shops. The service at the hotel was excellent and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extra at the hotel but there are other options nearby outside as well. You can book excursions through the hotel and nothing was too much trouble for the staff....

It is located at the heart of Reykjavik City so it is convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is modern and clean. Since hotels in Reykjavik are expensive so that it is a reasonable budget hotel among them.

I wasn't staying at this hotel, but got into a tough spot one evening and entered to hopefully receive some help from reception. The woman behind the desk, Karina, was nothing short of amazing. She went so far above and beyond the minimum of what her job required her to do and individually salvaged what could have been an incident...

I loved the people who worked at the hotel they were so friendly and gave me many tips for travelling to see sights, made arrangement for the shuttle to the airport. Even when people did not stay there...
