Great hotel, with a fancy style. Very good breakfast, small fridge on the room, good parking places for the car. Unfortunately my check in was not registered and I was awaken on the morning by the cleaning service, which reduced the quality of my stay.

Would highly recommend this hotel for the food and anyone planning on getting a rental car as it is easy driving to the airport, blue lagoon and Reykjavík but without the busy roads of Reykjavík. We had the freedom to drive just 5 minutes outside of Keflavík to see the northern

Located 5 minutes from KEF airport. Hotel provides shuttle (via private company not hotel van, so getting to the property requires a taxi). Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room we had was clean, but very dated and on the small side. Breakfast was decent for European

Hi. The least expensive way is to take bus 55 from Keflavik to downtown Reykjavik. The price is 15 dollars. Search for a bus from Keflavik to Reykjavik

It is easiest to take a large taxi at the airport, only 5 minutes drive to the hotel.

I would recommend taking a tour. From the hotel you can often see the northern lights but with the tour you have a better chance. You do not have to book in advance, best to book on the day if the forecast is promising.

They actually don’t have a shuttle anymore but they pay the taxi fare one way from the hotel to the airport. We were not planning to go to the airport from there on our return so I checked with them ahead of time and they actually ended up paying out taxi fare to the hotel from the airport instead. I emailed them ahead of time and showed the email at the front desk upon arrival. Hope this helps. Happy travels.

It is no longer summer season, so best to contact hotel with question. We had reservations at Blue Lagoon June 8 at 6 PM. At that time, hotel ran a shuttle several times a day for guests, to be reserved in advance, and cost 60 Euros for three of us. There was no room on the day we went. Full.. We had to take a taxi at 80 Euros.for three of us. And another 80 Euros back to hotel, a costly venture. Enjoy your soak.
