I really enjoyed the quirky design style of Nupan Deluxe. The room I stayed in was pretty basic, but I was not concerned with that, as I was just staying overnight for an early morning flight. I was very impressed by all the little personal touches in the common areas like the lounge and the hallways - they were really interesting and engaging. I could have spent more time just looking through all of the books and artefacts. I really liked that. The free shuttle to the airport was a real bonus too.

I stayed at Nupan Deluxe for one night at the end of my trip to Iceland. It is a very traditional guest house with lovely Icelandic decoration. The owner is extremely helpful and provides a free morning shuttle to the airport. It is really well equipped with cooking facilities and lovely free tea and coffee. It is spotlessly clean throughout. I would definitely stay again.

We have spent here one night on our arrival to Iceland. We get room with private shower and double bed. Everything was super clean and organized. In the morning we had nice chat with the owner. Despite free coffee I was missing breakfast. But I understand the owners logic so that is OK with me.

My wife and I only spent one night as we passed through Iceland but our host at Nupan, Agata, made us feel welcomed and our stay very special. The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived and Agata gave us a ride to the airport. Sorry we couldn't stay longer, maybe next time.

Interesting, short stay hotel. Delightfully clean. Small, single bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Ideal for a night prior to an early flight. Loved the small sitting room, and they also offered free tea, coffee and nibbles.
