We stayed here in November and lived the size and cleanliness of the room. Very modern. Walls were a little thin so we could hear people walking by, but that didn’t bother us too much. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but there were good facilities up the hall. Wou

We stayed here for one night - it actually looks very simple from the outside but once you go in it looks all new and very elegantly designed with many small cosy details. You can walk to the popular geysir site in about 5 minutes.

We had a very large room (the others looked a b

Very beautiful hotel, next to the sightseeing area. Small but wonderful bright room with nice view. The dinner and the breakfast was great. The beautiful ambient around the reception make us feel very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Stayed only one night, but loved the hotel. The breakfast is worth getting! Try the Geysir bread it was outstanding. The views were great, it snowed during our visit and it enhanced the scenery. The hospitality was a peak for this hotel. From the desk knowing our names when we wa

Myself and my (now) fiance had a fantastic stay at the Litli Geyser hotel after we had just gotten engaged that morning. I had requested roses and champagne to be left in the room for our arrival which didn't disappoint and they also kindly upgraded our room to the biggest in the

Does the restaurant take reservations? We are staying at the hotel one night (Aug 10) and would like to make sure we are able to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Can the hotel usually accommodate all of the overnight guests for dinner?
Yes they take reservations but it is a good size so I don’t think there would be an issue if you didn’t book. Not sure it it is open 7 nights for dinner. That would be worth checking. Nice meals!

It looks like the largest rooms only have beds for 3. What would be the best room(s) to book for a family of 4? Do they have connecting rooms?
We had 2 double rooms with the doors facing each other. Don't hesitate to contact them, they are very helpful.

We will be visiting in April, is there much choice at the restaurant for vegetarian food?
It's a very small choice menu with only a handful of dishes, but vegetarians are catered for well I think with some interesting choices.

Our group would like some info about taking a tour with 6 people to look at the other interesting areas. We would be leaving from your hotel. Thanks
I recently traveled from there and am not a hotel representative. The gullfoss waterfall is really close and definitely worth a visit. The pinvellir national park is probably a 45-60 minute drive and is halfway or Reykjavik. The laugarvatan baths are close and are very nice. We didn't have 4 wheel drive so we didn't do anything else in this area.
