We visited for the day as a family of two adults and a 3 year old in August 2023. We paid 150TL per adult to use the pool and beach for the day. Both areas are kept fairly clean and we never had any issues getting sun beds. The pool area is a little tired in places and the kids pool could do with a good clean of the tiles. These were very grubby looking and there was a lot of sand at the bottom of this pool. There were a lot of children jumping off the bridge into the kids pool which was very unsafe and this didn’t seem to be monitored by the hotel. Drinks and ice creams were priced very reasonably by the pool. We will return as day guests in the future.

We did it stay at the hotel but the beach is well worth a visit.

Decent beach, gently shelving shore. Plenty of sunbeds.

Admission price reasonable and cafe and toilets fairly good standard with quick service at the cafe and bar area.

The water is nice and clear and the little bay is protected from the larger waves. No water sports activity which was really good as it was peaceful with some nice areas for snorkelling too.

So stayed here from May into June. Many times to Northern Cyprus but first time in Denizkizi.
Before I travelled I requested a few room changes, checking in these requests were met no problems.
We got located in the Denizkizi Royal Hotel, lovely balcony looking out towards the sea, rooms was clean and tidy, Maids came in every morning promptly changing towels and cleaning the room.
Nobody is based in the reception of the Denizkizi Royal everything had to be done over at the other part of the hotel, ie breakfast, dinner or to speak to someone at reception.
Breakfast was OK, I did find the eggs and omelette and that was never really warm enough, so opted for yogurt or something.
Dinner time not really a big selection as with most half board places I have stayed. What did annoy me was you go up choose anything and take it yourself but a chef stood at the meat, giving one slice onto your plate lol 😆 the view eating dinner is absolutely gorgeous, sea and moutain views, very very friendly staff at meal times :)
Pool bar food and beach bar food of the menu was gorgeous, and very reasonable prices. The guy at pool bar was very friendly and made fantastic brandy sour and milkshakes :)
Pool area was lovely always plenty of sunbeds apart from the Sunday lots of turkish/cypriot families used the pool and the beach. So did get very over crowded.
Beach was beautiful also with plenty of loungers and umbrellas.
One killer was the steep hill from the pool up to the hotel lol but keeps you fit lol
Checking out was the only thing I was really not happy with, obviously they check the mini bar before leaving and they said we had took 2 items from it, when I can absolutely assure we hadn't touched a thing. Only reason why I paid it was because my taxi was waiting at the door.
I would return to denizkizi in the future

Tied and dated. Dirty and inedible breakfast with the smallest portions ever. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location. If they spent some money doing up the rooms and employed a chef that could cook it would be a different hotel. The windows were filthy. No black out curtains so the light woke you in the morning. Dog that barked all night. We moved over to the main hotel but the carpets stuck to your feet and there were iron marks in the carpet. We went half board but the food was awful. They didn’t do anything fresh and it was served to you like you were in a works canteen. I don’t think I have stayed anywhere worse.

The grounds are on a slope and are relatively spacious. Might be a bit difficult for people with walking difficulties.
The rooms are big enough and our bathroom is quite modern. We found out from fellow travelers that there are different facilities. We had carpet, other rooms had laminate flooring. The beds were relatively hard but still comfortable. There were also balconies in wing 2. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a buffet for breakfast and dinner every day. The quality of the food was satisfactory. The coffee is relatively weak. If you like it stronger, you should order a coffee at the bar for an extra charge. We had half board, which means drinks cost extra. The prices are quite reasonable.
The pool is quite big and clean. The beach is in a quiet bay and the sand is very fine. It goes in very shallowly, which is ideal for children. Conclusion: Basically recommended, great location, locals also come to swim. There is food and drink on the beach and by the pool.

Six of us went here for the Lamb in Well on Sunday. I will say we were served with a lovely Meze to start with and service was good. The lamb was also very flavorful but not quite enough for 6 of us, we did ask if it was possible to have a little more but this fell on deaf ears! I would give 7/10 for the whole experience!

In a lovely setting with fab. views, good staff very pleasant especially the lady on reception and restaurant staff,a pity that the food is awfull, we had half board (had to eat out some of the time), brekfast is non exsistant just a few COLD eggs. cereal not much choice, dinner very sparse only 2 choices which is served by the chef just incase to get to much always again not warm enough, wonderful pool area and the beach is great, maybe to many beds cramped together, quite a steep walk down to both but there is a golf trolley to take you up and down which is a god send, we were in the Royal with a balcony (thank goodness) the hotel has no balconies, lovely grounds and setting but unfortunatly would not return mainly because of the food standard

Basic hotel.
Excellent beach and beach club.
Basic 3-4 star class hotel with a flat screen and a mini fridge. Basic bathroom amenities, sea view excellent view.
Breakfast very basic with eggs and omelette. Few cereal fruit cheese and ham.
Dinner buffet very basic that if it was not in the room basis would not worth the 85tl pp.
Beach excellent water smooth and clean.
Beach restaurant better with low price for food and drinks.
Would go just for the beach.

Stayed here as part of a cultural tour by RSD. This was our second hotel and we were hoping for better things but alas it was not the case. The room, which had a nice view, was large enough but the carpet was less than pristine and the wallpaper was starting to peel in places. It was also cold! The large windows when closed left a small gap for the wind to howl through. The hotel really does need some time and effort spent on it to bring it back up to the standard it undoubtedly had at on time. Whilst it was the off season the outside areas looked as though they had been neglected for more than one season. The bar area was cold but the staff were very pleasant and served us well.
The restaurant food was buffet style, lots of salad and vegetables (we can heat them up in the microwave we were told) but there were only two main offerings on the hot (tepid) counter and the Server was mean with portion control to say the least. The hotel has three floors and one lift that accommodates about 4 people, not ideal when groups checking out!

Very nice hotel with private beach. Also the food was very good. Staff always ready and attentive. The hotel is on a slope and less suitable for people with physical disabilities. To walk to the city a bit too far, but there are always buses (a tour 50 Kurusch).

Men are fine to dine in shorts and shirts but most wear long trousers. Ladies can dress as they want but i would say smart casual is the general style
