I’ve been in this Hotel several times starting early 80’ in many occasions but never before living there. I love the 70’ style architecture which this Hotel represent. Today’s owners have made there a lot of decorating. My room in 4th floor was just fine and clean and short clear way to the spa, the gym and the restaurant. Just...

When a family vacation for four costs over 350 eur per two days, one expects to get value for money. The staff at this hotel is very friendly. They do make you feel welcome and apologize for the shortcomings of the old hotel. I have never before been given a room as "newly renovated" and gotten a room where the...

This hotel, built in the 80's, has seen it's better days. I heard some of the rooms have been renovated, but ours was very worn and the air was stale and no aircondition (even a table top fan would have helped). I hope the rest of the rooms will be updated soon, because the location of the hotel is lovely....

I stayed for a two night break in October and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location right on the beach is perfect for relaxing walks. We had a refurbished room which was very clean, light and bright and had great sea views. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. The restaurant...

Yyteri is one of the few real beaches in Finland, so summer is probably the best time for visit. At first the massive 1970ies building covered with metal plates and small windows looks kind of uninviting...but on the other hand it's almost retro style now. Staff was very friendly upon check-in and room renovated in the Nordic standards. Minibar is...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Let's start with the setting - Yyteri beach is fantastic, and the hotel is set on the sand dunes with all rooms facing the sea. The hotel is dated, and as previous reviews have observed, some rooms and most public areas have been refurbished. Unfortunately we were in an old-style room, which was really like...

Thank you for your review. You had some great points that are on our minds all the time. For 10 years now we (we are a family owned hotel) have been renovating the hotel from inside since it was in a really bad shape. It has been a huge job and we are doing everything we can. We have been...

If you want to visit Namibia but you cannot afford it, go to Yyteri and choose this hotel. It is located on a beach with beautiful sandy dunes. The beach is easily one of the best in Finland. The purpose of my trip was to spend some time close to the sea and take some photos. That's why I chose...

The taxi driver on the way here from downtown Pori (25 mins) led us to believe that this place was stuck in the 70s whereas in fact it's been renovated. Unusually appealing architecture, wonderful location, acres of wooden floors. Food best avoided.

The location of this hotel could not be better if you love sunbathing and nature: it is just next to the famous Yyteri beach. I stayed in a newly renovated room in 3rd floor. Unfortunately there was no seaview and the hotel rooms don't have balconies either, otherwise the room would have been perfect. Bed was comfortable and sleep-quality good....
