Lovely hotel with polite and helpfull staff. Bar in the lobby was cozy. The hotel is somewhat mazey. We stayed in Lux room and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but very good quality.
Very nice, luxurious feeling, clean room with a great view. We had an outstanding dinner in our room. Breakfast was also very good. Friendly and very professional staff. I would definitely stay here again.
the room was not cleaned properly, there were pink mold in the corner of the bathtub, dust in the corner of the floor and toilet door, and think dust in the box of the coffee capsule. however, the breakfast was nice and the staffs in the restaurant were friendly and provided professional service.
Lilla Roberts is a nice Hotel in the Center of Helsinki. Location is ok and Hotel standard is a good 4 star rating. Rooms are fine (nothing special) and restaurant is ok. Gym was not great and one treadmill wasn’t working with other machines also a bit aged already. All in all fine, but not great.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Helsinki. The staff is first rate and really helped as my friends had to navigate cancelled flights and lost luggage. The front desk staff helped me rearrange my visit as I waited for them to arrive and encourage me to take the ferry to Tallinn alone - which was absolutely the correct call. The rooms are stylish, very clean and comfortable. Quiet too!!
The breakfast room seems like an old coffeehouse. Nice furnitures and homemade breakfast. Many kinds of specials! The best jam I ever had: homemade raspberry jam. The first morning I ignored the orange version beside because I thought it would be orange jam - the waiter told us about that this is cloudberry jam - made out of ths arctic belly fruit. Delicious. Not bitter asmade from oranges, not sweet as many jams are. Healthy but witrh a little spirit of Vitamins you can taste. This buffet is full of little taste adventures to explore Finnland foodstyle. We would like to come back.
I have stayed in this hotel before, but not anymore. During my last visit with my companion the hotel room bathroom smelled strongly of mould and the bathroom sink was was overflowing. ... and that smell!!! My partner was not happy. The staff at the reception was reserved and did not seem to take our feedback too seriously. Funnily we also stayed in the related room about a year before and even then the poor drainage was visible. Apparently the problem had chance to develop...
Very good hotel, we stayed in junior suite. it was spacious. kids loved it. breakfast was good. hotel staff at reception and breakfast was very nice. staff at breakfast served us well, chocolate muffins were over and kids loved it, server made it and brought it to our table.
Great location in the edges of the Design District of Helsinki. Nicely appointed rooms, decently sized. Comfortable bedding. Fast working complimentary wifi. Good amenities. Decent enough and well intentioned service.
Stayed at the hotel. I think it was one of those lux rooms. The room bathroom sink drain was stuck. Water almost did not drain and then it overflooded to the floor from between of some casket. This it had apparently done for some time, since after this the whole bathroom started strongly smell after the mould. During my whole stay over 2 nights. Not healthy at all, by my opinion. After I investigated the matter, I additionally found under the sink empty Koskenkorva vodka bottles covered with dust. ( Koskenkorva is the cheapest of kind in Finland).... After I mentioned this during my check-out to the clerck, she just stared at me and kurtly noted my observations. Nothing else.
