A really nice weekend in Helsinki with a most priceworthy room in great location. Nice that you care for yourself, The rooms are a bit worn down and we could smell the neigbours smoking on there balcony. But this is minor issues

Very honestly: beautiful neighborhood, rooms are spacious, and you can find your way if you take a tram (with light luggage). Furniture is old, but okay (some pieces are vintage and nice), bathroom could be renovated. Worst point is the dirt. Room was not tidy and someone has forgotten an onion (!) in the fridge. It seemed to be there...

Great location, very easy to access the touristy centre of town. One bedroom apartment was very spacious for our family of 2 adults and 4 children, decor is a bit dated but perfectly usable and the bedsheets and towels were clean and new. Bedroom had decent blackout curtains. Decent kitchen for basic breakfasts and keeping small kids happy. Didn't really...

It is perfect for family, but the entrance system was difficult. Apartment has two bedrooms. It is ok, but the doors are so heavy that everybody's awake after you want to go to another room. Rooms are nice. Also the gas system was anoying at night making noise time after time.

I am not picky with hotels which are a bit old and worn down, but this place was discusting! Not properly cleaned, discustingly dirty kitchenette, old chairs with incrediby dirty cover, smelly bathroom with sink that filled up.

I suggest to get the instructions for booking and access to the room in advance. Otherwise you risk to spend a few hours in negotiations with the reception (if you get through).Status of furniture is poor. Overall, a good place to spend the night.

Location is close to the center of Helsinki. perfeczt for people who want to plan and act independent from restaurants and dining hours. Appartments are equipped with all necesseties including pots and dishes. Nothing was really broken or damaged but some items show traces of use and should be replaced.

Based on the price of just about everything in Helsinki we decided that an apartment with a kitchen would be a good money saver. The room we stayed in had a separate living area, kitchen and bedroom and had loads of space for just the two of us. The private sauna was also well worth the extra pennies. Having stayed...

Great location is not enough to compensate for the shortcomings of this hotel/apartment. Location and queitness are the only pluses. On the minus side: - dirty fabric on the chairs and arm chairs - a collection of furniture in the living room that makes it look more like a garage sale, as the two arm chairs do not match style...
