We got off the train and caught the No 5 Tram just two blocks away from the station. The hotel was about 5 minute walk from the 6 tram stop. Our apartment was well fitted out and is one of the largest one bedroom units I have rented. We had the Helsinki Marina to our left and the port to...

Fine hotel to the price... Walking distance to central Helsinki (20 min), and closer to the market square and marina thanks that. Can recommend it for both shorter and longer trips to Helsinki........

Beware of using the lobby phone to check in if the reception is closed, it can be that you will have to wait endlessly. It is better to call the other number given at once, that is what we did after 20 minutes of waiting for an answer in the lobby phone ..... Besides, it was a very nice room...

I had the studio Pent House apartment with a huge balcony with views over beautiful rooftops of old Helsinki! The apt was towards the court yard very quiet and private. Katajanokka, the old part of Helsinki, has beautiful architecture and history and 15 min away from the market square hustle and busy streets. No nightlife neighborhood . I enjoyed my...

Stayed in Helsinki for a week at Hellsten Helsinki Senate and loved it. A few minutes walk to the market square and the city centre. Great option if you want your own space instead of staying in a hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment and there was everything you need, including a sauna and a laundry which you could...

My wife and I rented an apartment here for a week in August, saving ourselves a couple of hundred euros over a typical mid range B&B hotel. We read the previous reviews and now having experienced it firsthand can understand some of the negative comments made by a few, but overall we think this is a very good, and good...

Fantastic location, 10 minutes walk to market square, 20 minutes to the city. Close to trams and buses, cycle shop and supermarket around the corner. Friendly staff and great value for money for a neat studio apartment.

set in a quiet area, but very close to the harbor and the city center, this aparment hotel offers great facilities. We had a living room, a sleeping room with bath/shower, and the entrance area with kitchen and wardrobe etc. All very functional (some limitations for the kitchen), clean, and well maintaned. This setting made our days in Helsinki a...

After staying here three times before we chose this apart hotel again because of it's simplicity and location. I'm afraid since it's been taken over it's gone downhill rapidly. It's now very dirty and I'm sorry to say it's definitely no longer a place I'd feel comfortable that my wife and children stay in. My wife and children were given...
