Very good location - easy to get out of the city and to get to the center by metro or by car 4. Perfect accomodation 5. Was...

great location near metro stop, good cabin with ac, nice sauna. Kitchen had full set of dishes and silverware, pots and pans. With the windows shut couldn't hear the campground parties. Staff spoke excellent English. My major complaint was that the sauna was not preheated & the gate to beach was locked despite asking twice in advance for both. The...

I stayed in a log cottage with family including two adults and a one and three year old in August. It was ideal in many aspects. The playground, beach, grassed areas and close proximity to train and supermarket were great. The cottage had an excellent kitchen and shower room with table and chairs on the porch for outdoor dining as...

The place is really good for tents or campers. It has very comfortable WC with hot water, free showers, nice green territory, saunas. But a liitle bit expensive (27 EUR for a tent with 2 persons), and overcrowded. Wifi is good, but only near reception.

Our family of 4 stayed at Rastila in July 2014. We loved that we could take the metro train from downtown Helsinki to the campground. During our stay we enjoyed swimming and a sauna and a clean, comfortable and cozy cottage. The campground is walking distance to a grocery store and a pizzeria and cooking equipment was available at the...

This is the only campground near Helsinki. So, they charge more than we have paid in other better places. Wifi only works at reception & adjacent TV room. I did not use it as a result, because I wanted to sit in my warm campervan and use the Internet. Bathrooms are ok. We are getting used to pushing the shower...

Caught metro from helsinki main station to Rastila. Short walk from the station and you arrive at the campsite. We rented a sauna cabin for two hours. Excellent price !! And private....both of which you don't get in the city. Very relaxing place and very clean. We had a lovely buffet lunch at the onsite resturant, again it was reasonably...

We spent 2 nights in a family cabin (bedroom with twin beds and 2 more beds in lounge area) in early October 13 at a cost of £185 in total, pretty good value for Finland. The camp site is operated by the local authority and situated next to the Metro ration at Rastila, a 15 minute ride from Helsinki city...
